Awesome service and friendly service! My wife and I were staying in a hotel close, and we were on our way to Malibu. I needed batteries replaced for my two watches. I called ahead, they gave me a great price, and the service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. read more

I've been using Watch Tech for several years now for new batteries and watch adjustments. The staff and service has always been great. They have helped me every time within a matter of minutes. I recommend this shop and I'm happy to do so. I can't understand the negative reviews as it is the complete opposite of what I've experienced. This shop is a great value and professional as well!!! read more

Needed to have my Cartier tank stainless steel band removed so I could put on my new strap (with new quick release pins). Whole reason I needed help was because I don't have the tool to take the original pins out. They took the ss band off for me but then put the original pins back in the watch... which just put me back at square one. When I questioned it, I was told to go home and use a knife to pop them out. Told them I was worried I would break it since the original cartier pins are tiny and fragile. Then was told again to go home and use a knife... not sure if this is because I told them I would install my new strap/quick release pins myself so they couldn't charge me more. Either way, it was a 10 second job I paid $8 for. Disappointing since the first time I went in 2 months ago they were very nice and friendly. read more

Fast and quick service for my Grandpa's citizen's watch. $15 for them to fix it and resize it. Only took about 5 minutes. Fast, friends, and great service. Thank you! read more

Had my Movado watch battery replaced yesterday. Very reasonably priced and quick turnaround!

I was recommended to take my watch here for a battery change from multiple people in my local Facebook group, so I thought that I would give them a try. Always love giving my business to small family run businesses. They were pretty busy when I walked in, but were friendly and accommodating and were still able to get me in and out of there in under twenty minutes. I didn't mind the wait as they were helping multiple people who walked in before me. They were honest, efficient and reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to bring my business here. read more

Excellent service. They have been a reliable service for me since I moved to LF. Most recently they repaired a clock for me. Not only did they repair the clock movement that we agreed upon, they also went above and beyond to clean the clock face. It looks so good, almost brand new. Check out the photo that I posted for proof. Thank you WatchTech! read more

Replaced the batteries in 4 Oakley watches... including my Minute Machine all in 30 minutes and very reasonably priced.

This place was the only place opened earlier than all the rest in my area & since I was up early that day I was eager to start my day. I arrived just after opening & was greeted by the sweetest little Asian lady. I was able to get the battery in one of my watch's replaced right then & there but needed to return for a second watch repair a week later. When it was ready, I received a text message alerting me & picked it up the following day. The watch was just how I had expressed my desire for it to look & I was thrilled! Even the cost was dramatically less than what I had previously paid to another shop who failed miserably to satisfy the work required on this repair. I absolutely recommend this little shop! I even told the woman who 1st greeted me that I will only be coming to see them for all my future needs. Amazing job guys! A special Thank-u to the craftsman behind the glass. Who's delicate hand, great eye for beauty & talent went into delivering amazing work. read more

During the day - during the week. Took 5 mins + $15 and watch is all set and ready with new battery! Just like that. So, yes! I recommend!

Excellent little watch shop with big customer service! Had 5 batteries replaced and they did a wonderful job. My 2nd visit...

Amazing customer service. I went here to get my grandpas watches new batteries and bands and they got everything repaired and working again within 20 min. read more

I've always gone here for any watch issues or battery replacement. Recently, my Michele watch stopped running. I was out of town and went to a place close to where I was staying. I was told it wasn't the battery, and I needed the mechanism replaced. It felt as if he was being dishonest because he tried to convince me he would work with me on the price. When I returned home, I came right over here. There is nothing wrong with my watch. The owners of this store are so kind and so honest. I'd never trust anyone else. read more

I'm ok with their service. I had to go twice to fix the issue. Make sure to test your watch before leaving it might save you a trip.

Very quick to respond when I messaged them. Very nice clean little store in Lake Forest. Fast service. They say what they do and do what they say. I had a few links taken out of a Submariner I recently purchased. They did it while I waited and charged me exactly what they quoted on Yelp. read more

I have been going to this watch shop for many years for simple tasks as battery replacements to complicated repair as movement repair. Recently, they brought my beloved watch, Luminox Navy Seal watch to life with movement replacement and complete service. They even cleaned inside the watch for no extra cost when I discovered tiny spec stuck inside the watch glass. It is so refreshing to see honest watch shop that you can trust with your beloved watch collection. My next repair will be my dad's Rolex. Whether it is your Seiko or Rolex they can bring them to life. read more

Very nice, helpful staff, quick and really well priced for watch battery replacement. Will be back again and again!

Great little shop. I needed a new wrist band for my Seiko watch, and they helped me find the perfect one from their selection. The wrist band installation is free if you buy in store. It took less than five minutes to install! Kind and knowledgeable owners. There is a nice selection of Seiko and Japanese watches on display, in addition to other brands. I would visit again for my watch needs in the future. read more

In and out in less than 10 minutes. Came in for a battery change. Only cost $8.95. Courteous and speedy work. This place is located in the plaza across from the Men's Wearhouse plaza. So fast! I walked in and out in less than 10 mins and only cost $15 where other neighboring shops quoted at least twice that much. The woman that assisted me today was personable and friendly. Great experience! read more

This is the best place to bring your watches in for batteries, service, and repair. They also have a great selection of watches. Not only are they the most affordable place to bring your watches, but they are also scrupulously honest! I brought in three watches for new batteries. One they replaced. The second they said wasn't going to work even with a new battery. The third (which would have been the highest price battery) they said was fine after they removed it and repositioned the original battery in the case (no charge). They have also resized bands for us. They are very quick, affordable, and very nice! read more

Liked the friendly service. New battery for watch. Sorry to say some small shops are hard to find in that area of Lake Forest where 4 malls are located. Not this shop - well signed, near road (El Toro), and easy to find. Thankfully, got out for $10 for new battery. Took say 10 minutes near closing time. read more

I walked in on my lunch with a Casio Pathfinder watch that I bought in 2003 and it needed batteries. The super nice lady said it would be $35.00 and 20 minutes It needed a special battery because of the watch has a solar cell on it.. Well it was all true except the time I was only there 15 minutes!!!!! Lots of people coming in with there watch collections having bands/batteries/repairs. Not to busy to care but busy enough I hope for them. Awesome place. No gimmicks. Just nice folks and quick work. Thanks!! read more

Came in to get a battery for my Tag Heuer. I only waited about 10 minutes and was out the door. And it only cost me $15!

Ok, first, let me start this off by saying, NEVER buy a watch from Nike. At least, don't buy a watch and expect them to give a crap about it afterwards. I have had several bad experiences with them, including a band that snapped 3 weeks after buying it, but because I didn't have the reciept, "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do for you". And that response was even after writing 2 letters to Nike corporate. In addition to not backing up their products, they also won't change out the battery for you....without the reciept, a $30 fee, and oh yeah, you have to MAIL it in to them. Sadly, they make good watches for teaching aerobics, so even with all of that, I still wanted to keep the functioning ones I had. Several people refused to change the batteries on them because the battery case structure on Nike watches is so odd. (And yes...I *DID* try to do it myself....and ended up stabbing myself with a screwdriver trying to get the back off to no avail.) I had almost given up. But then, my last functioning watch (A Movado, not a Nike) died as well, and I realized that I couldn't pretend I didn't need watch batteries anymore. I study at the Coffee Bean next door to Watch Tech, and so I decided to give it a try. I brought in 2 Nike watches, a Seiko watch, and a Movado watch that all needed batteries, plus a Lucien Piccard watch that I had bought super cheap and wanted to get a new band for. For all of the above? $59 bucks. Yep. 4 batteries (2 of which several jewelers claimed they couldn't replace) a new band, AND it was all done in 15 minutes. They don't take American Express. But other than that.... Freakin' brilliant. read more

I needed 3 screws for the back of my Burberry watch and a new band put on. After I waited 20 minutes I was told that they have any and I should go to the Burberry store in south coast plaza. I purchased my band at the store in south coast and the lady at Burberry suggested that I go to a repair stop because they are just common screws and if not, they would have to mail my watch for repairs which takes 6 weeks! I went to the shops at mission Viejo, fast fix, 20 minutes later I had 3 new screws and my new band on for $26.00 I will not be returning to watch tech read more

I'm thrilled with this little shop which I understand has been in business for 30 years! I've had batteries changed in my watches in this locale for a couple of decades but was never once fully satisfied. My sister recommended Watch Tech and when I tried it, I was amazed at how thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and personable everything was. Marie and her husband run a first-class business here, so I didn't think twice about going back a second time to buy a watch and to pick up some gift items for friends. And, of course, two of my old watches needed new batteries as well. This is the kind of store that we seniors remember from our early years: ultra-friendly, ultra-helpful, super-cooperative, and just plain fun to visit! My thanks to the owners for a very refreshing experience. read more

This is your old fashioned neighborhood watch shop. They offer repairs / service such as battery replacements and also sell a variety of watches and clocks. I've been using them for several years and have been here at least 5 times now to have batteries replaced and even purchase watches. GOOD 1: They have an easy to reach location with plenty of parking. It's never hard to get in or out of this place. GOOD 2: Their prices are very reasonable. The last 2 times I've been there were for battery replacements on my Movado & Tag. My total was less than $30 for both. GOOD 3: Quality of work. On my various trips to have my expensive watches worked on they've never left a scratch, nick, or mark on any of my stuff. This is something that's very important to me as my watches are very expensive and I treat them more like jewelry. BAD 1: I normally point out things that need to be improved but in this case I really don't have anything to gripe about. Overall it's a solid place to get your watch battery and possibly other service done. They're fast and friendly, but most of all they're quality and that's the most important thing for me. I readily recommend this place to my friends read more

Very happy with watch tech. Needed a bracelet sized and they are close to my office. They greeted me right away, took the watch into the back and completed sizing in a few minutes. Service while I wait was a huge bonus. read more

Normally I dont write reviews but I had to do it on this one. Highly recommended place!!!!! I took my vintage Mido commander watch since the stem and crown came off and in order to but it back you have to remove the crystal, hands and dial to get to the movement. (Yeah this watch is a hassle since you it doesn't have a screw down back) The technician took a look at it, probably waited less than 10min and it was fixed!! Best part is that they did it for free!!!!!!! I was thinking I would have to wait a day or two and pay $100. It's hard to find honest people, so that's why I recommend this place. read more

I've been using these people for a long time, they are pros when it comes to all sorts of timepieces. They replace batteries, size my bands and sell me beautiful watches.
