They said they couldn't take special repair orders right now but could take a look if it was a quick fix.... it ended up taking less than 15 minutes (and $35) and I had a fully functioning watch again. Did not expect to have it fixed same day so I was super grateful. "Just in time" is right! Will be back next month after they relocate to replate my other watch, which I got a quote for that sounded fair in pricing. They also had a good selection of watches, including one I had been eyeing online. I would come shop here in the future when I'm in the market.
