This is our second purchase from Valenti in less than 6 months. My wife and I both needed a car…read moreand specifically drove past other Subaru dealerships that are closer to our home after reading positive reviews about Valenti. And, let me tell you, we couldn't be happier with our decision. 1. Car buying doesn't have to be painful. We both used the same Sales Expert, Carlos Pineda. Carlos is knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely cares about his customers and is looking to create lasting business relationships - he's not just looking to "get the sale". He was responsive and thorough at every interaction. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 2. Car buying doesn't have to take all day. When the Business Manager knows what he's doing and isn't looking to sell you something you don't need or leave you waiting to make you "sweat it out", it can be incredibly painless. Bo Cranick had everything ready to go, was well prepared and is an expert at what he does. Again, thorough, kind and genuinely cares about his customers and the business. 3. We've got free oil changes as part of our purchase and I will gladly drive to Valenti to do it. We were introduced to the Service Team and felt like valued customers. I can only assume that this means that the dealership is run properly from the top down. You can tell when you're dealing with a business that has a good culture and while good culture and car dealerships aren't often thought of in the same sentence, Valenti is proof that it's possible.

A huge thanks to Pat and his crew!…read more We're here on vaca and our car broke down. At the end of the day yesterday, Pat generously offered to look at it first thing this morning. As promised, we were first! Joe quickly figured out it was the battery. Within 30 mins, he installed a new battery and off we went. Everyone we talked to at Pat's was fabulous: both very professional and nice! Joe also shared some valuable wisdom about used cars (we're in the market for one)... super helpful!

I cannot recommend this shop enough for your car servicing needs. Professional, timely, and unlike…read moreother shops, not in it to rip off unknowing customers. In October, my car (only 5 years old) overheated and died. AAA towing recommended this shop and they spent several days trying to detect the issue, but said that the car was fine and let me go, free of charge. Confused, I brought it to the Chevy dealer who wanted $700+ to replace the pump, stating it would continue to overheat if not replaced. I did not replace the pump, and have had no overheating issues since then (3.5 months ago). Northup was right about my car while other shops tried to take advantage of the situation. Fast forward to January when I was driving and service engine warnings flashed across my dashboard. Again, I brought my car to Northup where they couldn't find anything wrong with the car, and let me go AGAIN free of charge. My car has been running fine (I think the issues have been random electrical glitches) and I am so grateful for the honesty and integrity of Northup shop. Highly recommend, Leo and his team will take care of you!

Went in with a basically new vehicle for inspection(forced by the state). Instead of just…read moreinspecting it and putting a sticker on it they sliced one of my wiper blades and replaced them with a very expensive pair from their shop. They did not call me about this or tell me about this they just did it and put it on the bill. When they did call me all they said was the trucks all set and I went to pick it up. This is a classic garage scam move to attempt to make a few extra bucks on inspection. I thought Northups was better than this but I guess I was wrong. Most people just go along with this scam and pay it to keep the peace. I did not. If you are going there for inspection, make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly before you bring it there. I won't be doing ANY business there ever again.
