A few years ago I met the owner Kerry of Top Speed Enterprises through a friend who was using his services, since then we have built an inseparable business relationship. His work ranges from full scale Demolition to a service call for rubbish removal, they even do estate clean outs. Small or large they have the tools and vehicles, from vans to full trucks. They are licensed by the business integrity commission of NYC, and ready to haul your junk.

One of the partners came out to the house to give me a quote which was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He was professional, compassionate, and courteous and even gave me helpful advice on how to save some money on completing the clean up. It took them half a day to perform the clean up which consisted of 3 floors of trash and heavy broken furniture! The dumpsters were removed the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as they have exceeded my expectations. I am a very satisfied customer!!

Sending in pictures and responding with a accurate quote and finalizing with a appointment on the day of cleanout. They focus on estate cleanouts and the job I had was pretty big with a small window in clearing out all the junk. You can see they have done this before in their organization and execution. Asking on alternate side parking and on where for freight they can move out all the junk. Even with time running out they quickened and fulfilled the job fully along with brooming and cleaning up afterwards. Will definitely use them for any junk removal or cleanouts in the future.

I called back about 25 minutes later the owner took my call and said that things happen and that his worker's wife had become ill. He did not provide a solution. After becoming increasingly irate he offered that it was not my fault and that he would come in his worker's place as if he was doing me a favor. On the return trip, I called to confirm and was advised that I should continue to call to confirm and make sure that they would be there on the day that I had booked then and was told that "things happen". I asked him what that meant and he said that nothing is assured I offered that is why you make an appointment to assure service. So my appointment was for 10:00 am I called he confirmed the men did not show up at the storage facility until 11:30 am. Upon return to my home while they were moving in a large chair they scratched the paint on my door and I was advised that Sammy the owner would reach out to me to talk about the damage. The next day, no call, I call Pals. Sammy began by calling me a liar and verbally abusing me stating that his men fixed the door all the while talking over me and not letting me explain as he was confused about what I was speaking about. my experience with Pal's Moving Service overall was very poor here's why; They did not show up on time the owner made excuses and could not provide reliable service and the men damaged my door I was told to buy the paint and that he would send men over to paint the door at that rate I'll just paint the door. Ridiculous. The move went well they did provide a good moving service. The problem that I had was that they were unreliable and that the owner was combative in the end and was verbally abusive. I don't know when you make an appointment and the owner says to you well things happen that's concerning as a consumer I give Pal's moving service reliability-wise a thumbs down,
