I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

Went in looking for a dry cleaner and found out they do so much more, including fixing shoes and…read moremaking alterations. Upon entering and being greeted, I checked in on Yelp to find out they have a 30% off check-in offer for new customers. I presented it and they took it no qualms. In this, I also found out that they send you an e-mail when your order is done. Needless to say, that's exactly what happened. When I came to pick up my order, which was a dress, it was lovely. It was clean, packed well, and I was pleased. I did find the price a bit pricey compared to my old dry cleaner in Hialeah, but it is what it is. I ended up, too, speaking to a seamstress there about a top I had gotten fixed elsewhere. I told her I didn't know whether to further fix it or not. She had me try it on, quoted me a price, and then actually spoke to me about the pros and cons about whether or not it made sense to fix it further. Given the material, how often I plan to wear the top, and the price itself to fix it, the seamstress was honest and told me it didn't make sense to fix it. Nevertheless, she would if I wanted to. This went on for half an hour or so, and well, that level of attention and care, even though I didn't end up getting the top fixed, convinced me of my return. When I have something that actually is worth altering, I'll go to them. They actually care about their customers unlike the other place I went to. Not to mention that they did a great job on my dress. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the price, but even then, I'm sure I may change my tune in the future if they continue to provide exemplary service.

This time, I arrived about two minutes before closing, but a few weeks ago I arrived with almost 11 minutes remaining and they had already closed. If business hours are posted, customers should be able to rely on those hours. Another thing customers should understand is that the cleaning is not actually done at this location. The items are picked up and taken elsewhere for cleaning, which may contribute to some inconsistency. As far as the actual service, I would rate the cleaning about 8/10. However, the pressing/ironing is closer to 5/10, especially with white coats, where the quality and attention to detail could definitely be improved. I have continued giving this location opportunities, but between closing earlier than the posted hours and inconsistent pressing quality, there is definitely room for improvement. Few of the employees are good here. ( Bh saying all of this, if the employee opened the door and said, all the registers are closed and they apologize. This would be ok. THAT DIDN'T HAPPENED)

Not only did they manage to shrink my favorite sweater to the size of a doll's outfit, but they also returned it with mysterious stains that weren't there before. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place unless you enjoy paying to ruin your clothes. Staff members are not friendly, they are not helpful, and they are very very very disrespectful. My last time using them, and I used them only because they're close to my job, was on Friday. I noticed a dirt spot on the collar of a dress shirt. She said with a grumpy attitude that she would redo. When I checked the second shirt it also had particles of food on the front which I began to take off with my fingernail. When I mentioned that to a woman who identified herself as Iliana, and the owner, her reply was that I was only paying for laundering, not dry cleaning in a cocky and offensive fashion. I told her I had never been treated so poorly as a customer and to forget about it. Her corrective measures where to tell me if I wanted the redo shirt back "and be done with it." I took both shirts I had already paid for, but weren't truly cleaned, and left never to return there again. That es the very first time I had uttered a complaint even though the work is subprime and the attitudes are pitiful. What an unfortunate disgusting experience!
