Also this place ain't nothing fancy at all but it's great. The small washing machines take $2.50 and big washing machines take $6.25. They're awesome n wash quite well and a load finishes in 30 mins. Now the dryers are phenomenal!!! They are HOT HOT HOT! So you ain't going to be wasting tons of quarters. I was able to dry a load of clothes with just 50 cents! What a big savings there! I've been to many laundry mats where the dryers suck and they ain't HOT n you have to put about $1.50 to $2.00 to dry a load clothes vs here where is just .50 cents to .75 cents. I come in the mornings around 7am both weekdays n weekends. It ain't busy at all during this time. I've been told it gets busy later in the day and at night. There is plenty of parking in the morning but I imagine is scarce later during the day and at night due to the other small businesses nearby. I used to go to the laundry in the Sedanos plaza down the street from here but after they're ruined my clothes multiple times, I decided to stop going there. After picking my clothes up from Sparkle, I immediately noticed the difference. They hung my work clothes up with their own hangers, It smelled very clean. Everything was nicely folded and without wrinkles. To put the cherry on top, the gentleman even helped me with the heavy bag and took it out to my car. This place is a go to if you lack time. In my last few visits my clothes have been misplaced, late and missing. I use to never have any issues. My visit on 5/4/2025, not only were they late but the lost my button up shirt. I went in physically three times and still no reimbursements. Finally, on my last visit they told me to fill out paper work to claim that my shirt is missing. Why wasn't I told to fill this out 3 weeks ago? They also told me they would call me after the second visit to see if they could find my shirt. They never called. Now I'm waiting for the owner to "call" me back and hopefully finally reimburse me. They also mentioned they wanted to see the receipt of my shirt. I don't even keep receipts for my supermarket visits, how could I have a receipt for a shirt from months ago. Very frustrating dealing with this place
