This has been my drycleaner for a minute since I started working close to the cowfield. Besides dry cleaning, I have also used their services to adjust clothes that I've bought online (or need to stretch a little more life out of :) They've done a pretty good job, and turnaround for alterations has been about a week. I like the fact they're open until about 7:30PM, which gives me time to drop stuff off after work. Honestly, I'm fed up with this place. Super expensive the quality of their work isn't that great.. and they change the prices on me as I was picking up my clothes. They were supposed to give me a deal for each one of my business shirts, but instead they told me that they changed it. So there was different pricing when I bought my clothes in, and then when I picked up, they changed the price to hire. It made me pay it a higher rate. If you want you cloth damaged and have the owner tell you it the manufacturer fault then this is your place. What a horrible person. His poor staff he will not show face for anyrhing. Took him a month to call over a uniform worth $200 which was ruined at his store or plant. Only to have this arrogant man tell me he doesn't stain cloth only clean them. When the uniform was dropped off it was cleaned, I only really take it for the searching and ironing honestly. I've been doing business with the other location for over a year now taking 2 different karate competition uniform twice a month. Well this man bought the store where I did business at and when the item was returned ruined with a black mark on the sleeve he basically said nope don't care we tried cleaning it 3 times at no charge.....yet this caused the stained. Horrible man. I've spent over $600 at this drycleaners and this man just basically said if it's ruined its the manufacturers fault. Love this place. Don't go super often but when I do go they remember me. Big benefit is the sewing lady is there as well who does quality work. 1 stop shop. They even managed to get stains off of a stress my great grandmother owned. Great pace. read more

This place is located fairly close to a Winn Dixie, and right next to a Starbucks, several breakfast places, and a gas station, so it's in a very convenient location in terms of knocking out multiple errands pretty quick. Their is never really a line, and the prices here for dry cleaning are very affordable. I have never used their alteration services but I have no complains from the dry cleaning. I've never had to take clothes back with a complaint, and they complete the job in a good time frame! read more

This review is for the alteration services. The tailor Mr. Nick is the best! He fix several items for us and we were very satisfied. Also, alteration prices are cheaper here than stores. He's always here, so he take your measurements right on the spot. Dry clean is better at the other cleaner service by Main Street. read more

This review is only for the alterations. I've been here three times. Time 1- a simple hem and button sew was close to $30. Although it came on the hanger it still had the marking chalk. Time 2- my boyfriend came to hem his pants. He also asked the guy to sew the zipper for him as it was coming loose. He never did the zipper and the pants were too short so he couldn't wear them. Time 3- I came in to get some jeans hemmed. I'm 4'10 and just needed and inch or two cut. He wanted to charge me $12 EACH for a simple hem. My recommendation: third time is not a charm here. Go to the alterations on 67th near Green Papaya. I heard this location has great cleaning service though. read more

Been coming here for a few years-convenient location. Took a jacket in this visit. First time came back dirty. Unwearable. Still charged for next day. Second attempt only slightly better. Still had spots. Was advised they were permanent. Terrible attitude. Even suggested I try elsewhere. So that's what I did... I hate to leave a negative review during these difficult times for businesses; but my experience today was just terrible. two dresses were taken in on Friday today i was told that both dresses were damaged. not only did several days go by but they altered, cut and hemmed the dress. $1000 in clothing damaged by this dry cleaners. to make matters worse, one of the dresses was brand new, all tags still on. The owner took zero ownership, news flash, word of mouth travels fast thanks to the internet. The owner offered zero solutions. Been a customer for many years, but unfortunately, my last experience was not a pleasant one, due to the fact that when I picked up may 3 pants and 2 shirts, only to be told there was an increase in my bill due to press cleaning period. No apologies or explanation by the staff or attempt to mediate the situation. Staff was unapologetic and showed no attempt to admit to the mistakes made. I went to pick up pants - and after 3rd attempt - they were properly pressed and owner was very kind.

They are terrible! I dropped off a shirt to he cleaned " because it was dirty". When i went to pick it up, they didn't clean it "because it was dirty". It had ring around the collar. They never called to express a concern if they thought the stain may not come out. They waited til i needed the shirt to tell me they couldn't clean it unless i knew it was dirty. I'd give them zero stars, if possible. I stopped going to Crown a few years ago after repeatedly going to pick up items that were supposed to be ready but weren't. But ten days ago, I decided to give them another try and brought in four items: a dress needing just alterations, a sweater requiring some mending and dry cleaning, and two shirts that just needed dry cleaning. I was told they'd all be ready by Saturday. When I went in on Saturday, three of the four were ready. The sweater, I was told, would be available late Monday. When I went into the shop on Friday, the item they presented to me wasn't mine. They actually argued with me that this was the item I dropped off (it wasn't), that the sweater was only marked for dry cleaning (it wasn't), and that my sweater was listed as a blouse (it wasn't). I was told the plant was closed until Monday and that they would call me then. They didn't. So I called on Monday and spoke with Maria, the manager. She remembered the sweater, having been the one at the counter when I brought it in, and remembered it was an alteration and dry clean. She said she'd call the plant and call me back. She didn't. I finally got my sweater back...but Crown will never see my face again. read more

Notice how they do not itemize your receipt when you drop off clothes? Then you com back and find out that your bill is 35% high than expected because they dry cleaned shirts that don't need it or give them a "First Class" treatment without you asking. That is a rip off, my friends. read more
