Hello, all. I am writing to give my highest recommendation to Washington Tax Services. I owned two small business. Within the past 2 years, I have been struggling to keep my business afloat. This past year, one of my businesses was closed. I was unable to keep up with my payroll taxes. In December, right before Christmas, the IRS wiped out my bank accounts and took control of money coming in. I had not wanted to face reality. I was nervous and afraid. I had 22 employees who were not going to be paid right before Christmas. Several Tax Professional companies were calling me trying to get me to sign with them. They made all kinds of false promises. I did my own research, and got quotes. After everything there were 2 companies that I felt could handle my case. The first one was going to charge me over 3,500 and could not give me any guarantees or resolution. Washington Tax charged less and did not make false promises. Their promise was to focus on my particular case and get the best results possible. I have to say they did just that. They were able to get enough money released for me to cover my payroll. Then they advised me to pay my current payroll tax obligations. It is less than 45 days and they have already worked out a payment plan with the IRS for what I owe. It is easier to let Washington Tax handle your IRS or any Tax issues, so you can focus on growing your business, and making sure it is profitable. I have no regrets on my choice. The other companies acted really concerned, but as you refuse their services, they start to get really rude and snippy. I'd worked through a complicated back-tax issue for years, finally paying off the entire balance to the IRS when I found comments from Jay from WATAX in a forum on taxes. I contacted Jay and explained my situation. I had questions regarding the possible recovery of any penalties and/or interest from my case. Jay was honest, professional and after hearing the details of my case, he was guardedly optimistic in the potential to recover some or all of the penalties. I have been doing business with this organization for over 5 years, my "personal representative" has been Mr Jay Freeborne. He was the first individual I spoke with after having been "BURNED" by a different organization who previously "took my money", and "NEVER RESOLVED ANY OF MY IRS ISSUES!! " From "DAY 1", Jay assured me that he would "not only do his best" in finding a solution for my particular issues with the IRS, but that I would "ALWAYS" be treated as an "INDIVIDUAL" and not just a "$ sign"! I AM a customer of Washington tax since 11/1/12 and all i can say about the service so far is WOW!!! I hadn't filed since 2004, anytime i got a letter from the IRS i didn't even open it (yeah i know dumb but lots of things lead up to this) In November my Dad (who i subcontract most of my work from) received a levy notice for me for over $35k and that was only for 2004 2007 Watax had the levy dropped in days and went right to work on my SFR returns and all the other years i needed to file, I don't know you other then from our phone calls and emails Pam but if i could i would hug you, you made what i thought would be impossible very very doable. In the mail today i got letters from the IRS saying i now owe $3k for 04/07 Every time i got a letter from the IRS since this started , and I called Marty in a panic he always settled me back down. explain what was going on and and why, and by the time i was off the phone with him my stress level was down 100% I knew just from reading a few articles / blogs there was no chance in hell i would be a OIC candidate. Unlike some other companies out there, Marty never even suggested it, and from what i have read BS OIC's 9 times out of 10 only make your problem worse I can only hope the penalty abatement goes as smoothly as the rest of my problems did, but i have no reason to believe it won't If you have a IRS problem you can't go wrong with these guys read more

Their comes a time once in a great while when some one does what they say they are going to do.. I would like to say that I am totally impressed with Washington Tax Services.. They took care of every thing.. and did exactly what they said they would do.. It took them about 7 months to get my deal completed with the IRS.. and I feel so relieved and happy.. I cannot explain.. how nice it is to have this done and not to have to worry about my taxes and interest and penalties any more. I dealt with Marty.. and he did such a great job.. and it was very easy.. I recommend you do exactly what they tell you to do.. and follow their lead.. they really are experts.. Many companies I talked to wanted to charge a monthly fee.. Washington Tax Services.. did not charge this monthly fee.. I did not feel comfortable paying a monthly fee.. and I did not see and incentive for those types of companies to get your offering compromise completed in a timely manner.. For anyone across the country looking for the BEST tax service company, Washington Tax Services is the last one you should call. I had close to $200,000 in back taxes owed, going back to 2001. I was panicked, so I researched many tax relief companies online. I found one of the top-rated ones right near me in South Florida, and was quoted a price of $4900 and a $1000 penalty of some kind. Thankfully I called WaTax before signing a contract and I spoke to Jay Freeborne. We discussed the exact same things as the first company, and Jay then quoted a price of $1500 total. No hidden fees, everything included, at 1/4 the cost. I've called and emailed him numerous times over the past 8 months and he has always responded within minutes. My husband and I are very happy with Washington Tax Services and the results we received. My husband owed over $30,000 in back taxes. We were pregnant at the time we found all of this out and did not have any money. We were stressed out to say the least. There was no way were going to be able to pay this amount off. I couldn't recommend Jay and his team at WTS more. My problems with the IRS lasted for nine years with the amount owed increasing well into six figures with interest and penalties. Thanks to some bad advice, as well as my own financial incompetence, I found myself on the wrong end of a $50K overdue Federal Tax bill. One attempt to work out a settlement on my own was a disaster. In 2017 was sent a bad K1 from a company going bankrupt. I didn't realize I they had sent it. I found out about it when I received at $72,000 bill from the IRS. I hired a lawyer out of Lubbock, TX to help. He worked on getting this straightened out for 2 1/2 years to no avail. I called Washington Tax and spoke with Jay. He was very helpful. While on a vacation to Disneyland, California Franchise Tax Board decided to place a levy on all my account. I was without any cash and do no carry credit cards.
