We bought a 2003 Toyota Sienna minivan from Jeffery at Washington Motors on August 29th 2017. We test drove the vehicle, made a few checks about that type vehicle on the Internet, looked up average dealer retail prices, looked up vehicle history on live with aid of car fax and talked to Jeffery about the vehicle. This was around 4:45pm on that day. At no time did we feel pushed, rushed or lied to. The van had some wear and tear but it ran great, transmission shifted very quietly and smoothly, paint looked great even though it had small dent on passenger side below the tail lights. The interior looked good and no tears or headliner loose. The dealership actually had used the van on several occasions to run errands with. The van was lower in price due to the small dent and slightly higher mileage than similar year vehicles. Jeffery told us this straight up front which you just don't find at a lot of car lots. We also had our 4 year old granddaughter with us and Jeffery asked if she could have a lollipop and we said yes. It was just a very nice laid back transaction. We did a short term buy here pay here deal and every thing was laid before us and very well explained. There is a 30 day 1000 mile warrenty on the engine, transmission and transaxle period. It was very well explained. I did ask that the battery in the van be replaced and it is being handled this coming week at no cost at all and was set up after the deal was signed. The battery was fine and worked fine. I just felt better knowing the vehicle had a new battery in it with fall and winter coming soon. We definitely will be coming back to Washington Motors for our next vehicle. We are very satisfied with the price, vehicle quality, transaction and the over all time spent at Washington Motors. We had heard some talk that it was a not up and up place to buy a vehicle but we gave them a try and as I have written. We were very glad we stopped by. I am 58 years old and have worked on all types of vehicles and machinery. I have also worked as a vehicle salesman. I know a thing or two about vehicles. Do your homework, check out the vehicle through and through. Spend a few dollars or ask the dealer for the vehicles history through car fax. Then discuss the vehicle with the sales person. All they can say is no. There are hundreds of dealers out there and they all need to sale their vehicles. Do a little work, spend a few dollars and talk to the sales person. The make your offer. Washington Motors did us right. Give them a try folks you definitely will be surprised. Ask for Jeffery and tell him I said to give you a great deal on a good vehicle. Good luck folks. read more
