Friendly service here. Great selection of cars and trucks. The Vette is nice, waiting till the mid engine Corvette comes out. I had a 1972 Vette and loved it. I used to take my wife out on dates in it. Lucky we both had our own place back then, no back seat. :) The rebates and selection is second to none.

On my quick first visit, I met one of the sales staff and mentioned what I wanted to see, and that model was conveniently inside the showroom. We took a look and I got his business card. When I was ready to consider making a purchase I texted this member of the sales staff to let him know I was coming. When I arrived, that member of the sales staff was busy with another customer, and after a short wait, another member of the sales staff was directed to assist me. I explained that I wanted to test drive the model that was in the showroom, thinking that they would let me drive from another car that was in stock. They moved the car out of the showroom for me to test drive! After doing the test drive of that model plus one other that I wanted to try, I made my selection for purchase. I was very pleased that there were none of these "let me talk to the manager" long pauses that I have experienced at other dealers when buying cars in the past. I got one presentation which took into consideration a couple of discounts. Long story short, I left the dealership driving my new Buick. Good, professional car dealer experience.

The guy started chuckling and told me " Well, let me tell you, he is one handsome fellow", turned to another guy standing there and said that this is him. I took his outstretched hand and said " Nice to meet you". Then both of them started laughing! Guy behind the counter, when he was done laughing told me then " Just kidding, I am Dwayne." The car I wanted to see was parked right outside. He then called somebody else to show the car to me. After waiting for about 10 min, Dwayne then told me that the car is giving him some technical issues but he could show me other cars. I declined. He then said that I can look at new cars. I just said that I was done and left. Very disrespectful. I would never buy a car from there.

Some time after my recent review of my experience with Joe Pecheles Hyundai and my concerns for…read moretheir financial stability after their inability to refund, after 8 month, a simple $1,000 for an insurance payment, I was contacted by the current owner, Brian Pecheles. After being assured multiple times of the honesty and integrity of his firm, the longstanding reputation of the agency in the community, and his assurances of personal oversight over his employees, he did make good on the oversight that occurred 8 months previously. With additional assurances that the employee involved was no longer associated with his company, he not only refunded the $1,000 insurance premium but also the $3,000 payment for the extended service warranty which should have been refunded but at a prorated amount. I do appreciate the owner taking the interest to attempt to make this situation right. I very much appreciate the full refunds. I would have appreciated much more an honest interaction about the capabilities and features of the car I was purchasing. I would have been more appreciative of timely attention to this matter. I will not be taking Mr. Pechesles up on his request that I call him directly and allow him to sell me my next car. You have only one chance to make a first impression. This dealership disappointed on the countless opportunities they had. I have satisfied, however, Mr. Pecheles's request upon delivering the checks. I have updated my review. Buyer beware.

She sat there two hours and they came out with a bill for $1000. They put new tires on. She did not need them. This lady drives 5000 miles a year. Her mind is sharp. She did not agree. Did she pay it? Yes she did. What was she supposed to do? Shame on them for taking advantage of a woman....a 90 year old woman. We visited trying to make it make sense but they ganged up and just kept saying she agreed to it. Shame on you Greenville Toyota. Hope no one ever takes advantage of one of your mothers.

I inquired about a 2002 Ford Thunderbird I saw on their website. The salesman was initially helpful…read moresending me photos of the tires, etc. As there are no photos of the soft convertible top I asked for a video showing the condition and operation of the top. Salesman refused and just told me it works. I asked the salesman about the condition of the tires and he told me they were new. However, the date code on the photos show they were made in 2013 - 11 years old. Unsafe. Salesman called me this morning and I offered them $9,000 for the car based on condition and tires. It requires work. He shouted at me to, "Waste somebody else's time," and hung up. I guess this dealer isn't into buyers actually inspecting their used cars before they get stuck. I recommend that you take any car your are considering to a qualified mechanic before you give them you money.

I was expecting someone to come up to the car, but everyone was working at a computer so I parked and made my way over to them. Even standing in front of them, it was difficult to get their attention. Finally, one lady came from outside after helping another customer. She was very friendly which put me a little more at ease then directed us to the waiting lounge. The lounge is a small room with 3 tables, a TV, and free coffee. I brought my lunch to eat in here knowing I'd have to wait a bit. They call you on the overhead speaker, come get you, AND call your cell phone when your car is ready (in case you didn't get the memo). Overall, they got the job done, but could've been a little more efficient with it.

I got an uber and got dropped back off at 4pm. They said they were not able to get to my car because they were back up. My appointment was at 7am, were they working on cars from the day before. Also I have the dodge app where I can see every movement of my car. They parked it, dropped me off at home, took care of other people's cars, and told me they would keep it until monday. No consideration that i have to get to work. I said okay can I get a rental? I got two different warranties that covers that. They said unfortunately no. The service manager refused to show her face and sent someone else to do her dirty work. So anyway, make a long story short, I took my car home and made an appointment with Dodge of Washington. The scanned my car and fixed it all in the same day. Great service great communication. So yes, I live in Greenville and will drive a whole city over to not experience the poor service of East Carolina Dodge.
