I can not believe that a person can put such a made up story onto the net. This person Angelina, use to have a few t shirts and bag of knickers picked up from her mothers, more often than not already washed, so drying only about £3 every 2-3 weeks, really was not worth our time collecting. If she sends garments already washed perhaps any marks came from her end. Why did she not come into the shop and speak to me, rather than just phoning. My elderly mum and have used the services of Washing Basket for over 10years. They did a great job but today they have ruined all of that. My mum died 2 weeks ago, I have had a very busy and upsetting past few weeks and haven't had any laundry done. This morning I began to sort through the last batch of returned laundry from Washing basket and noticed several white marks on my t-shirt tops. I rang the laundry, told that that my mum had died and that I was only now sorting the last laundry return. I told her about the white marks and I asked her what laundry powder do / did they use and could they sort the problem for me today. The lady I spoke to was rude beyond belief, she said "Do it yourself, I don't care, I haven't time for this. Do it yourself" and she slammed the phone down on me. So much for professional, friendly service. That's no way to treat anyone and especially not a long time loyal customer.
