Now I'm getting no response on the damage done to my truck. Which was caused by a direct result of going through their wash. The manager tried telling me it's a common problem and that it was not their fault if the chrome on my door handle was loose. I was met at the door by the manager who was aware of my previous experience and wanted to make it good. He had the team give the truck a very good workover and did not charge me for the service. This is good customer service and the service I have been used to for many years with University Car Wash. I will continue using this service on both of my trucks. BTW - the truck does get washed regularly and in May received a 180.00 detail. We just use it and it gets dirty.

I have never left satisfied with the cleanliness of my car, including the time I paid for the $85 detail. I finally talked with a manager, John, and his customer service was as abysmal as their car cleaning abilities. He said the $25 car wash only allowed for up to five minutes of vacuuming, and thus, I received the appropriate level of cleaning I presented him with (very poor... I still had noticeable chunks of dirt in my cupholder, for example). He continued on to tell me that if I wanted my child's car seat vacuumed, even at a basic level, I needed to pay for the detail service. I will not be returning. I went through the wash and a hydraulic line from the car wash machine burst covering my vehicle from front to back in hydraulic oil. While an inconvenience sh!t happens and usually the car wash will take care of it and clean the car. Get out of the wash and the employees gladly clean my car with dawn to cut the hydraulic fluid. Problem is they only clean about half of it. I now have hydraulic fluid in the bed, all over windows and my windshield wipers are coated in it. I proceed to work thinking I'll just call the wash later. Mgmt was not in early and the two ladies that helped me really did try. I call mgmt and receive a return call from a snippy gentleman telling me that my only option is to run it through again. They will let me run it through one time. He said it would get the remaining oil off and that should be the end of the problem. I go back up, run it through again and it did not come off. No one is around to help but the friendly lady from the am comes from around a corner to help. She offers to get me more dawn and we can try to spray it. I just have to back through the busy parking lot to the other side. In the back up I hit a pole, while this is not their fault it ads to frustration. I'm handed a hose and dawn and proceed To try and spray down my truck. It again does not work. Edit for accuracy: the manager offered to spray the truck down but couldnt get to the windows etc so I did it myself. They did offer to help. Now I have a dented bumper ( again this ones on me) and a truck covered in hydraulic oil that is now my problem to clean. Employees tried but management failed and just frankly didn't care. I do have 2 memberships here and, like I said, the wash is great. Unfortunately their lack of care for the customer will outweigh a good product, there are plenty of other washes to go to.

I needed bugs cleaned off after a road trip and all dust and random Cheerios out of the inside of the car. I've been to the car wash next door and it was $25 for a self service car wash and it did a horrible job of cleaning my car. The other downside was me doing all the effort. I saw the bad reviews of this place, but I was willing to give it a try. The attendant spoke very quietly but was still efficient at telling me the cost of what I needed. They did clean off all the dead bugs on the front and the tires were pretty clean. All dirt was nearly cleaned off the floor in the car and they had lifted the mats to ensure. Little things that would've been nice: a quick wipe of the seats and wipe the baby car seat mirror I have that was covered in fingerprints. Overall, pretty decent for $20 and I would definitely come here again over the overpriced car wash next door.

I paid $60 for a "Super Clean" wash. I had milk stains on the back of the seats where someone threw a milkshake at the back Of my truck while the window was open. I left and when I got home I noticed they didn't bother to wipe off the seats. So I too it back up there. I spoke with the "manager" who proceeded to tell me that for $60 you don't get the seats wiped off! Stay away from this place!
