Out of all…read morethe nearby laundromats, I chose to go to this one based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. It's cleaner than the other one I inspected. Here, they always have someone ready to clean up any mess. I mean, sometimes, there may be some lint or drops of water on the ground, but they'll clean it up within 30 min. or so that I've noticed. The inside of the washers and dryers are close to always clean and almost always smell freshly cleaned. They had people cleaning the insides of the machines every day that I went. The washers cost $3.50ish to $8.50ish depending on the size you use. The medium and large dryers are each $1 to use, but last for only about 20 min. so you may have to dry your clothes again, depending on how much you're drying. It's not bad. You'll need a Stars Laundromat card to pay to use the machines. You can reload your card with cash or Debit/Credit Card. This place is across Planet Fitness and to the left of the corner mart.

I was highly recommended to bring larger items here, like my comforter, and based on my first…read moreexperience, I understood why. The initial service was impeccable, which is why I decided to return. I'm giving two stars out of grace for that first visit. Unfortunately, my second experience with the exact same item was disappointing. When I picked up my comforter, I noticed small specks of lint scattered across it. I brought this to the manager's attention, and while she insisted she personally handled my item and attempted to remove the lint, that explanation didn't align with the final result. If the issue couldn't be resolved, I should have been notified before leaving--not after I had to point it out myself. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I genuinely wanted this to work. It seemed like the manager had already made up her mind that nothing further could be done, and there was no real effort to try to resolve the issue. At that point, I simply asked for my item back so I could take it somewhere that handles items with more care and attention to detail. It honestly made me question whether my comforter was mixed in with others during the process, especially since I take great care in maintaining it, including regularly steam disinfecting it at home. What was also frustrating was that instead of focusing on my concern, the manager began explaining how other customers' items can come in, as if I was expected to sympathize. My only concern was the condition of my item. Based on this experience, I would recommend keeping it simple here--stick to everyday dry cleaning. I would not suggest bringing larger bedding items like comforters or duvet covers, as the quality and attention to detail may not be consistent.

I took in a lace shirt that only had a small amount of makeup on the collar. After paying for dry cleaning, the shirt was returned with the makeup still on it. I brought the blanket back and explained the issue, but the staff refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. The quality of the cleaning was poor, the customer service was disappointing, and the condition of the store does not match the image presented on their website.

In my case, I had a comforter that was too large to fit in my washing machine and I had been putting off getting it cleaned (don't judge me). Mainly because I had just moved right before the covid-19 pandemic hit. One day, something spilled on it and I had to get it cleaned, asap. I did a quick Yelp search and came across this service. In my case, I placed the order the day before and they came right to my house the next day a bit earlier than the scheduled time. I just had to put the comforter on my front step for them. The surprising part is how quick the service was. They came around noon to pick it up and I had it back on my front porch by the end of the workday. Comforter was clean, pressed, and smelled fresh. They even repacked it in a plastic bag and returned the original bag I packed it in. I think I will be using this service more often, especially now that social distancing is going to be the norm for a few months it seems. I will probably still use them afterwards just for the convenience. I did have a few issues with their website. For some reason, it was hard to schedule a time to have them pick up my items, but the owner Sherrita was nice enough to schedule the time for me. She was very quick with her response and professional.
