I needed to wash my car, it was late at night so I looked for a 24hour car wash. Wash Time Car Wash came up & it was close to where I was staying. I read the reviews & all seemed great! I get there & I immediately do not feel safe. It was around 10:45pm & I was the only person there & the other business around there had closed for the day. They have 3 pull through stalls that are covered & 1 that is not covered. The clearance varies for each stall. There is lighting in the stalls & a few motion lights that came on but since they are motion activated obviously they turn off within seconds. They also have 2 vacuums available & an area where you can clip your floor-mats to vacuum. This area is poorly lit For being a 24 hour car wash, the facility should seriously consider upgrading the lighting inside the stalls on the building, at the entrance from the street, above the vacuums and around the rest of the facility. The vacuum area was filthy, hoses laying on the ground that were gross & dirty & trash over flowing.. unfortunately i decided to look for another car wash & I can't recommend this business. read more

The property is clean and the bays are always filled with soap. My favorite thing about Wash Time is that I can use a credit card instead of paying with coins. read more

This place is just "ok". I didn't like how the machine said it was charging me $4 twice but it really charged me $10 twice.

WORST!!! ok had time to do a thorough wash and decided to burn through my quarters I have built up. WORST IDEA EVER I went in dropped nine dollars worth of quarters timer went so fast I barely could keep up ,I still had to use my debit card then when I am put in my debit card time went really slow, so total cost nine dollars of quarters and five dollars debit card and my car came out with so many dry spots I had to actually take it to my normal wash. I use coin ops all the time because I like to be able to get were normal car washes don't but this was the worst experience ever... I added a picture of the dry spots so you can see how this is a bad idea. this place is horrible, and they need to look at there systems. So their change machine is supposed to Provide quarters or tokens. Unfortunately the side that provides quarters did not work so I had to get $20 in tokens because I only had $20s on me from the ATM. When I was trying to put my credit card in for the wash, the machine charged me $103. My card then got declined and I had to cancel the card for the $103 charge to not go through. Not a very efficient experience there at all. read more

Responsive owner. Called me back same day. He personally went to the location to follow up. Previous vehicle left chunks of mud, so it caked on my tires and splashed mud onto the bottom of my vehicle. I called the 800 number that is on a sign on the building & the owner called me back saying he was on his way to address it. (I didn't see the mud until I had already pulled into the spot.) I've been going to this wash a few times a month for about a year. I stick to the rinse only for $3.50 in quarters or a little longer time $5 debit card. Needs to be wiped down after or there will be water spots. It gets the maple tree sap off my windshield. There is a foam brush that suds if needed. The vacuums work well. read more

Looks like owner is a scammer. When I used tokens from token machine to pay the washing, it appeared that a $1 token thrown into pay box adds either $0.50 or $1 randomly. So I used a $10 bill to get 10 $1 tokens, and when I put them all into pay box, I got actually $6 or $6.50 worth of washing time. This place is sort of ok (yet a bit expensive) if you use actual money ($0.25, $1, $5). read more

Bummer - bought coins for $10 and when I started power washing the water was not soapy but clear. Long story short - it took lots more brushing with the foam brush which still left the car somewhat dirty. Then I tried to report the lack of soapy water to the owner via the posted number and guess what - the number is out of service! read more

Ived washed my car at this place several times for several years. Its pretty descent however whenever i swipe my card it charges me twice. This happened twice and I know i only swiped once. Their faucet isnt working as well, so i couldnt even wash towels. I am done with this place. read more

Coming from the midwest, I'm used to seeing fewer automatic car washes and a lot of "do it yourself" ones there as there are automatic car washes here. I looked all over and finally found this one. It is a very small one with only 3 bays and 4 vacuums set up. My overall impression was that no one ever comes to take care of this location because it was dirtier than any other "do it yourself" carwashes I have seen before and there was a bunch of trash laying around near the vacuums. The price of the wash is very reasonable considering the price of the automatic car washes and it is quiet/slow enough to where you can use your own wax here at the wash without inconveniencing any other people. The vacuum was average. Not very strong, but good enough to pick up most dirt off my carpets. Overall I would say 2/5 because as it states in the rating "Meh. I've experienced better" because it's true. I have experienced better. Much better elsewhere, but not better here in the tri-valley since it's the only one I can find. I would probably not come back except once every 3 months or so when I need to re-wax my car since the so called wax at the automatic car washes are next to useless and the business is slow enough to where it shouldn't bother anyone for me to spend time to wax my car right after a wash. read more

This place is alright. 4 minutes is hardly enough to do any kind of brushing, but the pressure wash is good I guess. If your car is really really dirty, the pressure wash wont help as much as you think. Also the towel machine ate my money. Stopped by today, inserted the 3 dollar minimum, selected the foaming brush (best for tires), but it didn't work. Soap and water would only come out of the spray wand. Having called the 800 number previously for a refund on another occasion and never hearing back, why bother this time? Its a local monopoly, so it may be more profitable to just ignore problems. Make sure you have $3 for a 4minute cycle. They have change machines for $1, $5 and $10. At the 1 minute buzzer you can add another coin for another minute, if you don't then you will have to put in another $3. read more

The instructions say to clean the scrub brush, so I did. I used the power wash rinse on it, but it still left dirt streaks on my car. The "spotless rinse" left spots on every window. I followed every instruction and I've used self serve washes before with no problems. Wouldn't recommend read more

I want to like this place...it's definitely better than most do-it-yourself wash places since it's pretty clean. However, on one occasion the change machine ate my money. When I called the phone number on the change machine it told me to mail a request to the owner...never saw my money back as promised! On my most recent visit the soap brush was broken and was spewing pink soap everywhere! read more

Warning: Not lowered car friendly. The exit (or entrance depending on which way you come in) has tall speed bumps to get into the port. I have about 3.5 inches of clearance and still scraped. I would have probably given it a better review. But here is it: I used bay 4 (which is the one without roof) for my first sedan and it worked well. No complaints. Then it was my second sedan's turn and I had to use Bay 1 (which is on the left next to the wall). The dial didn't work properly - when I was trying to point to the wash I want to select, it did get stuck in the middle. When I selected soaker wash - only little trickle came out, which is totally not acceptable comparing how the timer works. Then when it came to "rinse" cycle - again the trickle came out, so I "rinsed" the car with wax setting. BTW even spotless rinse gave a trickle of water. We spent $7 on second wash comparing to the first of $4 wash. (maybe the timer in Bay 1 is off too??). I wish there is a way to let owner know about problem in Bay 1. With the drought declared and us living close by - I say I will probably come back. I aint going to go to Bay 1 for sure! read more

I managed to wash my car pretty clean in under 4 minutes, so $3.5 is well spent, the brush was soft was to not scratch my car.

It is what it is. A coin-operated car wash. I like that it takes their gold coins and/or quarters. Kind of small, but worked well.

I've used this place a couple times now. It wasn't busy either time, so no waiting was involved. It's a standard coin op carwash, and things worked as expected for the most part. However, the spot free rinse is extremely low pressure (very little water comes out). Despite using four minutes of the spot free rinse, when my car later dried, there were noticeable hard water spots on my car. read more

My dad comes here about 4 times a week to was my car, motorcycles, and an older car of his. Well about a little more than a month ago he put in $20 and the machine ate his money. Very upset he left a note and slid it under the door. Today I checked our mail and a awesome thank you note was sent to him with $20 in it!!! What great customer service is that?
