I heard her snapping at a customer ahead of me in line. When it was my turn to be helped, she asked "what do you want?" as if I was bothering her. All I bought was a couple bags of chips and a car wash. She abrasively asked if I needed fuel or got fuel I need to pay for. I told her I already took care of it at the pump. I then asked her if the air pump was working, and if she needed to turn on the machine. She treated me like I was an idiot saying "We don't turn on the machine" so I asked if there was a button, or just to pump the hose? She said "WE ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED FRANCHISE, WE DON'T GIVE OUR FREE AIR YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT". FFS all you had to say was that it cost money and it will turn on the machine. I didn't appreciate how she acted. I also did not get any air, they wanted $2.00 for 5 mins to use the machine. That's outrageous. She did not say have a nice day or anything as I left, of course. I went into the car wash, and the door opened. Their car wash is the type that you have to align your car just right into the conveyor belt. I waited for someone to come out to guide me, since every car wash I've gone to with this car wash equipment has an attendant to help you. I waited about 5 mins and called the store to ask if someone was coming out. The same lady answered and said I had to do it myself as there's no one coming out to help me. So I tried to align my car into the slot on the belt, and I couldn't figure it out. I drove over the bars and damaged the front end of my car trying to get back out to try again. Someone that was behind me had to come out to help guide me so I could get through. I just feel this place should have had a sign out stating there was no attendant. I understand everyone is understaffed right now. But please put out a warning for people or close the car wash to prevent people from damaging their vehicles or your equipment with the risk of not having anyone to assist. I will never visit this location again.

We got our fuel and paid at the pump. There wasn't an easy turn around so I just drove our truck through the car wash. As we were leaving two guys came out shouting at us, so I rolled down the window to ask what they needed. "Did you leave that blue bin in the wash?" The what? "The blue oil drum, did you leave it?" No? "So you're saying that's not yours?" No, it's not. We literally just pulled in for some gas. You could see the truck had nothing in the bed, especially not a large very noticeable blue oil drum. So after some odd accusations the one guy finally apologized saying they had people dropping garbage off illegally. That's sad, but I wouldn't just blame the first guy to pull up in a truck. As we were leaving I again had to drive through the wash and the other guy was pointing and saying "this isn't yours?" No, I just told your friend we didn't bring a blue bin. Go watch your camera if you don't believe us. Apparently they just assume we'd be dumb enough in broad daylight at 9am, to drop off trash illegally in my company truck. The second guy got upset that I was upset they accused us to which he responded "I was just asking man, relax" My wife agrees they were very accusatory out the gate. Do better, and maybe pay attention to your cameras instead of blaming a family just out enjoying their Saturday.

Being close to my work, I frequently stop here both before and after various shifts. The staff are…read moreusually friendly for the most part, with a few instances where I felt like I wasn't very welcome. The shelves are always well stocked and the store is always clean. My only other real complaints would be that there are times when one of the coffee flavors I want are out of order and it is very rare that an employee will greet me on the overhead speaker when I'm outside and choose to pay inside. Management is nice and a couple of the employees are really nice and talkative.
