I had a pretty bad experience at this Holiday location on 12/11/2021 around 3:30pm-4pm…read more The older female employee working is so incredibly rude. I heard her snapping at a customer ahead of me in line. When it was my turn to be helped, she asked "what do you want?" as if I was bothering her. All I bought was a couple bags of chips and a car wash. She abrasively asked if I needed fuel or got fuel I need to pay for. I told her I already took care of it at the pump. I then asked her if the air pump was working, and if she needed to turn on the machine. She treated me like I was an idiot saying "We don't turn on the machine" so I asked if there was a button, or just to pump the hose? She said "WE ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED FRANCHISE, WE DON'T GIVE OUR FREE AIR YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT". FFS all you had to say was that it cost money and it will turn on the machine. I didn't appreciate how she acted. I also did not get any air, they wanted $2.00 for 5 mins to use the machine. That's outrageous. She did not say have a nice day or anything as I left, of course. I went into the car wash, and the door opened. Their car wash is the type that you have to align your car just right into the conveyor belt. I waited for someone to come out to guide me, since every car wash I've gone to with this car wash equipment has an attendant to help you. I waited about 5 mins and called the store to ask if someone was coming out. The same lady answered and said I had to do it myself as there's no one coming out to help me. So I tried to align my car into the slot on the belt, and I couldn't figure it out. I drove over the bars and damaged the front end of my car trying to get back out to try again. Someone that was behind me had to come out to help guide me so I could get through. I just feel this place should have had a sign out stating there was no attendant. I understand everyone is understaffed right now. But please put out a warning for people or close the car wash to prevent people from damaging their vehicles or your equipment with the risk of not having anyone to assist. I will never visit this location again.
