The pet stains had been bugging me, so I finally texted him last week, and he got me in within days! John was so thorough and really took his time. My carpets look sooo much better now! He took the few spots that were in the master bedroom. AND....the bedrooms were dry 3-4 hours, and the living room should be dry in 4-4.5 hours! My carpets have never been that dry, that fast.
