Kelly Cleaning uses enzyme cleaning agents, spot cleaners and the high temp water after vacuuming, which is what I searched for online, and how I found them. I have used a multitude of services in Michigan and other states for carpet cleaning have paid much more in the past for for less than satisfactory results. I will definitely use their services again. Since I am pretty fastidious about the properties I manage, I was on site and oversaw the work. I do that with all my contractors, and they know I care and do what I can to help them do the best job they can do including pointing out the specific problems areas and making sure I've cleared the area for them. After the cleaning, they let me know which areas might still have some staining even after spot treating and hand cleaning, so that I could manage my expectations.
