They don't charge outrageous prices and we can call on a Monday or Tuesday and they get him in by Saturday (our preferred days). I was assured our dogs would be thoroughly brushed, Ferminated, ears cleaned, anal glands expressed, nails trimmed, the hair on their paws and legs trimmed, and that they would be completely dry before pick up. After a day of grooming, our two dogs came home still damp and covered in loose hair. They did NOT smell good. In addition, neither dog had their nails trimmed and the hair on their paws was not touched. When I called to ask why their feet had been neglected (as my husband picked them up) the young man who answered said "they [the dogs] were coming at me" and "became defensive." Our dogs are 9 and 7 and have never once returned from any groomers (including PetSmart) with a similar report. I was so frustrated, I didn't ask about the disappointing condition of their coats. We were excited to think we'd found a great place to bring our dogs for grooming, but the search continues.

Penney our puppy Pembroke Welsh Corgi goes to doggy day care 3 times a week and this has been so beneficial in socialization and made her even a happier dog. There is a lot of space to run around in and with so much puppy energy so takes a nice long nap afterwards [:). The Webcams are very cool because you can view your dog when they are outside playing and having fun. Check out the awesome website and take the drone tour up in the air! Both took the time to understand exactly how I wanted her haircut while also offering helpful suggestions and professional guidance. What really stood out to me was how comfortable Lilo seemed with both groomers. She didn't appear afraid or hesitant to go with them She looked beautiful after both appointments and I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving her in their care. Booking is easy, communication is great, they're responsive and punctual and the entire experience has been wonderful. It's clear they care about their work and the pets they groom. I have never used them before. I took a lot of time to text him a very detailed explanation of my dog's specific needs with photos on Thursday morning. By the end of the business day Friday, he still hadn't answered. I then sent a simple follow-up that just said, "Hello?" In my head, I was thinking, "Hello, are you going to answer me or what?" I kept it brief. He literally texted me back and just said, "Hello, this is Leandro" Hoping to persevere and arrange a grooming for my dog, I took a deep breath and explained: "Hello Leandro, I sent a detailed message yesterday regarding my dogs needs, and hadn't heard back. That is why I said hello with a question mark lol" I have had no reply, though they are open daily from 7:30 AM to 8 PM.
