I have never used them before. I took a lot of time to text him a very detailed explanation of my dog's specific needs with photos on Thursday morning. By the end of the business day Friday, he still hadn't answered. I then sent a simple follow-up that just said, "Hello?" In my head, I was thinking, "Hello, are you going to answer me or what?" I kept it brief. He literally texted me back and just said, "Hello, this is Leandro" Hoping to persevere and arrange a grooming for my dog, I took a deep breath and explained: "Hello Leandro, I sent a detailed message yesterday regarding my dogs needs, and hadn't heard back. That is why I said hello with a question mark lol" I have had no reply, though they are open daily from 7:30 AM to 8 PM.
