My dad lived in this park for about 20 years. Before they closed down and redid the whole park,the management was very rude. They eventually pushed the ones who owned their trailer out of the park the others they evicted for whatever reason. Management has always been rude. Every manager they have had wasn't very pleasant. After my parents passed away they made it almost impossible to get their things out of their home. The home should have went into probate. They made us sale it right away. This RV park fit our needs well, a place to spend the night, hookups, and they accept Passport America. We pd $20 for the night. A tad rustic, it is a huge park with mostly long term residents. Some sites and trailers are nice, while others are very old with junk around the parameters. Some have mowed grass, others have weeds waste high. The park of 200 plus sites is about half full, with tenants sporadically placed... which gives the impression the park has been here a while. The sites are impressively big! There is a large community room with kitchen, couches and a book library available. Check in was easy. Right off the 15-some freeway noise. read more

This place has the rudest meanest people we have come across. They need to learn the word kindness. We had some friends staying there. We pulled in late on5/9/2019. The security guard told our friend" We have rules and your friends can't just park like that ". Mind you it was late and we all was sleepy. They say no cash, and with Passport America it's 20 a night. They charged us 40 and didn't take our Passport America. The security guard took our cash and didnt give us a receipt. There was no water line and no sewer line in our space. Now mind you, what rv park wouldnt want a customer no matter what time of day or night. Long as you pay, who cares. The lady in the office was very rude to our other friend as well. She she that we was lucky she didnt call the cops. Really?!?!?!? We have stayed in nicer places for less money. I would give this place a negative. Don't stay here!!! read more

We belong to PASSPORT AMERICA which is a dicsount program for avid RVers. we paid 20 dollars a nite. and it was worth that. full price would have been 40 dollars and if I had to pay that I would choose elsewhere. The check in process was easy, pleasant and quick. they do not accept cash. Yet on the phone i was told "cash only". when I inquired I was told that the credit card machine was down. no worries though. This park is easy to get to off of the interstate 15, there is a Burger King/fuel station/convience store with in walking distance. The property is quiet with a mix of double wide homes. There were no showers available for use and we were told this on the phone at time of booking. we were ok with that. there is a club house, with wifi. but we opted not to use these services. park has many over grown shrubs and few trees, the concrete on all spaces have seen better days with it crumbling and in disrepair. we have been here before, but it is slowly being repaired. and in need of weed removal, mowing and tlc read more

I have lived here for 9 years. I am now being evicted for the most ridiculous reason. I went to pick up my rent paper and the manager Kim Putman asked me if I have licensed my dogs. I said yes that I took care of it. He wanted me to prove it and I said no. This information can be located on the internet as its public. He started screaming at me and telling me that I was F-en stupid, as I was trying to tell him what I was told from the place you get the licenses but he started using the F bomb . His wife Teresa got up from the chair and proceeded to push me out of the office as they wanted me out of it to which I said no because I was trying to explain once again about the dogs. She used her lower body to push and I braced myself and told her not to touch me twice. They said they were going to call the police and I said my all means call them. I am not the first one to be treated like this, there are many people I know in this park that have been bullied by these two managers. Last summer we had a power outage because one of the units burned up, we were without electricity for three weeks they provided us with a cord to at keep our fridge working. We sat in over 100 Degree temperature in our RV's. A lady asked him when it will be fixed because she had small children and he told her not to give him any s t. She said you're not the one sitting here, he pushed her a lady recorded this. We were never comped for this power outage as I know that a fridge doesn't use the power that was on our bill. Our power or everyones power has gone up almost double from last year. People are wondering what he is doing? These people are unprofessional, rude and have no business working here and I am surprised that the company Silverking does't fire them, instead they hide their head in the sand and it never happen. The owner was called from people and they told him how bad it was here and he said that what we hired him for ! To be rude, change rules to suit them and no one knows anything about it?? The pool last year was bad I went up to swim and it had algae in it, and thats because they don't run the pumps year round, not enough chemical is added and its not cleaned. They want to save money and Kim doesn't' like the pool because its too much work, which is funny because they don't do anything with the pool. They changed there hours of work, so when people come here to stay no one is in the office to offer them a spot. They call the number written on the door and no one answers the phone. Some people made reservations and they came after hours they called and were told that they didn't confirm them, so they will have to come back. They take long lunches I know because I have watched them. They have driven so many people out of this park its unreal and most are for things that aren't that big of a deal. The police almost lives in this park, they have had problems with the management as well. Believe me I have done my homework on them. I have no reason to lie or hide anything. Many people in here are afraid of him because they have no where to go if they got evicted. I am not afraid of him I believe he is a coward and he thinks he knows everything which he doesn't. They also got mad at me because I feed feral cats, I was told to put them on a leash and it was against the law. I told Teresa that there is not leash law for feral cats and no one is telling me not to feed them, they would starve if people didn't help them out. This is facts that I am telling you. My advice to all of you is DON'T STAY IN THIS PARK there is another park that is nice and also close the to freeway its called Century Park. People are human there and treat you well. A very nice RV camp. Spur of the moment, we decided to camp for the night in Ogden Utah. We had two families with RV trailers and need a place to stay. There weren't many choices for RV campsites in the Ogden area. We discovered Wasatch view from the internet. We called and they fit us right in. We had 2 travel trailers and we wanted a one night no frills stay on our way to Yellowstone. We weren't even going to unhook our trucks from our trailers. We got much more than we could have wanted. We had electric, water, sewer at the site and showers and Wi-Fi are available a few feet away. The fee was $30 but we had a discount card and paid $15 for each trailer. A great deal! The park has RV spots mingled in with a mobile home park. That was fine with us. Then.. the view of the snow covered mountains to the east..very beautiful. The managers came by to see if we had everything...and we did. Thank you:-)! read more

As a rookie RV owner I came here the staff helped me. From parking to hookups they helped. The onsite management was very helpful and the grounds keeper helped when I made a "rookie" mistake. Close to I-15 and Maverick Gas Station, get the MOAB breakfast burrito. For a local dinner try Bella's Mexican Food it's awesome. read more

Cool park. The lots for long term are huge! You could fit a shed, a picnic table and several cars comfortably. Incredible view of the Wasatch and the free on-site showers and kitchen are a huge bonus if you pull in in the middle of a sub-zero winter storm and your pipes freeze like ours did. Monthly rates are outrageous for what you get. This park has really gone down hill in the last year or so. They have increased the monthly rate from $365.00 to $465.00/mo, plus a $100.00 electric deposit, and $10.00 for each dog. If the stay is for more than one month, you also have to pay the last month's rent up front. The pads consists of the cement that was left behind from when the last mobile home was taken out. Most spots are pretty shabby. In my opinion they are charging premium rates for a sub standard park. read more
