First of all, we came right before the pool closed and one of the staff members came out and unlocked the pool for my kids, and all the staff was very nice. We also had the hot tub site, which was very, very nice, included in the hot tub site. It had its own privacy shield so if you want to close that. Second, theirs an ice cream shop literally in the campground and the pancakes. I had this morning.Were phenomenal. they also have many fun games for kids to play and they have a very cool artistic playground. Everyone was so nice to me and the treated me like a friend.also the to was very nice.this camp sight is the best we been to so far.last thing is the chocolate cookie dough ice cream was the best.this camp sight was the best over all. read more

I am ashamed to say that I have not left a review on this park for sometime. We have been using this park for about 5 years, and have stayed here at least 15+ times. Beginning with our very first visit and going up till now we have seen significant improvements in the property. They have consciously spent a large amount of money in improvements making this park our absolute favorite KOA in the 50+ we have visited. It is older and is small, but the improvements have made this park a real gem. They have installed cement patios on a number of the sites, improved and updated the dog parks, renovated the pool, and upgraded their electrical system. But the biggest addition is they now have a full restaurant ON SITE! You call in your order and they will bring it to you or you can pick it up! We've never see something like that! They have spaces for big rigs ( we're 82 feet with an F-150!). And they get us in every time. Our favorite park hands down! read more

This KOA is trashy, disgustingly dirty and their office staff is rude. We are KOA members and on this trip we have stayed in many of their RV parks starting from Mesquite, Nevada, traveling through Utah, up into Idaho, all throughout Montana and back down through Idaho, then Utah and back to Nevada. This was the most awful campground we have ever seen. We had to leave and find another RV park. It's run down, the sites are dirty and most of the the people in their park are living there. It looks like a junkyard. The sites are not level at all. We even tried to move to a different spot and the girl in the office was completely rude about it. Then she tried to give us a worse site, even though they had many available. I'm going to say that their park is unlivable. Even though we were only going to stay one night, it was impossible and I feared for our safety. We found another RV park called the Golden Spike RV park and even at the last minute, the staff was accommodating, friendly and went out of their way to help us. The park is beautiful, the bathrooms/showers are really nice and clean and there are beautiful trees and a dog area that is really nice. There was even a gas leak close to the area and the office staff called us to give us the information about how to get around it to get there. We are KOA members. But I don't know how long we will be after this fiasco. The Golden Spike was at least $15 less expensive a night. Don't waste your time at the KOA in Brigham city. It's NOT worth it! This is an absolute gem in the KOA system, and easy to see why it's won so many awards. Park was nice and quiet despite being near the freeway and train tracks. Our spot lacked shade, but the owners are working on it. Spots were paved and level, and utilities easy to access. Bathrooms did not have full ADA accommodations, but the owners are working on it. Very cute camp store, reasonable prices on propane, and cannot bear the free pancakes. The ice cream social looks good, and the free cookies at check in were a plus. Pool was good too, and constantly maintained. Other KOA parks should look at how this one is run, and replicate it. read more

We booked in advance for one night on Memorial Day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised on the day of, getting a confirmation call. We pulled in after 10pm that night to our check-in info prepared and waiting for us in their late checkout box. We paid for a pull through spot and were assigned a huge pull thru, #26. It could have been easier if we arrived during daylight hours to find this perfect spot but once we made our way around in the dark, it was simple to park and hook up late at night. We heard a very faint train passing once but it wasn't an issue. The next morning, we used the dog run and easily pulled out to continue our road trip. Easy to get back to the interstate from the rural location of this KOA. read more

They are currently doing upgrades to the campground but it does not interfere with any of the sites your camping in. WiFi is actually pretty fast which is not often for campgrounds. The office staff is very on top of things and extremely helpful. The sites are gravel but level for the most part. We had a pull through and the sites near us were also pull throughs. Close to stores and the view was pretty nice as well! We have a 36' rv and had no problems parking or getting out. read more

KOA should be ashamed to put their name on this campground. The campsites are in a poor state with divots everywhere. The ground is uneven and RVs are expected to double up in their spaces. Good luck turning an RV of any size on these roads. The rules were emphasized over and over. Bathrooms are a health hazards in the making. Filth everywhere, mold and dated design. They supposedly have an ice cream social but who would want to eat ice cream with all these flies? Do yourself a favor and bypass Brigham City/Perry KOA. read more

We stayed here in July as a stopover on our way to Yellowstone. This isn't a lavish KOA but it is clean and has a pool. We had a very large pull through site next to the restrooms and showers which was great until the sun went down and we were trying to sleep. They had a lot of folks messing around being loud outside them all night which kept us up. The dust was a bit much for my asthma. The site was a bit hot and could use more shade. The dog park was good, large enough for ours to run a bit. There wasn't a lot for kids to do but as an overnight it's a decent place to stay. The store is extremely limited but there is a Walmart down the road. read more

This is a great KOA close to SLC, in a location with nice trees and great views of the mountains. The facilities were very nice which included a pool, pet park, playground, bathrooms/showers, area with lawn games, an area where they served ice cream and a very nice stocked store. They offered activities and food options which was nice! The ice cream they serve is amazing and they give HUGE portions. They did breakfast burritos one morning and two people could eat one! Huge! The spaces are nice with large shade trees at each spot and we had full hook ups...which is the way to go! We also had a nice picnic table and a charcoal grill. They had these cute upgraded sites with poured patios, table and chair sets and even some had gas grills. Some spaces are closer together, but they do have some larger sites that are more spaced out. The staff was great and you can tell that they take care of the place. Grounds were always clean...and no pet waste to be found. I had my dogs with me and the pet park was nice to take them off leash. It even had motion sensor lights so we could use it at night. I was also impressed at their check in process and how quiet it was. Not a party campground at all. People were enjoying themselves, but everyone respected their neighbors. We enjoyed our time and will return! read more

Don't understand why this place only has 3 stars. Seems a lot nicer than the other campground around the corner which is right on the street. This one is a bit more tucked away and quiet. The owners were incredible, very accommodating and friendly. They offer ice cream social and breakfast in the morning which was great. We stopped by as on our way back from yellowstone as we needed a place near Salt Lake before dropping off the RV. Would recommend! read more

This is without a doubt the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Thankfully we were only there for one night. If we had booked longer I would have forfeited our prepaid rate if need be to get out of there. The property is so run down I don't see how they can have any return business. The hosts were rude upon our arrival and the site we had prepaid for (a "Premier Site" was a joke. The table was so old and rotten I don't think two people could have sat safely on it together. The utility towers have to be decades old and need some work. There was trash overflowing from the dumpster, junk cars and what looked like an abandoned bus in the rear of the property. The sites are for the most part dirt and sparse grass. Rather than facing in a uniform direction, are set up in an alternating pattern so your awning faces the awning of your neighbor. I guess this is good if you're traveling with friends but we weren't. It did seem like perhaps they were in process of renovating a few sites by the pool area but they've got a long way to go. The only thing I have good to say about this KOA is at the time of our stay (June 2013) the restrooms were clean and the park itself was very quite. I consider this campground a one night stay only... and then only if you're in a bind. read more

We stayed at this little campground last night on the drive through Utah. It was quiet, immaculate and friendly. Refreshing pool after a long, hot drive. It's down the road from Willard Lake State Park, which is overrun by mosquitoes. I recommend it over the state park and it has clean, shaded tent sites and cabins as well as spots for RV's. Great bathrooms and showers! A little dog park where my ball-fixated dog was able to get his travel heebie jeebies out. We slept well. read more

Overall - very disappointed in the facilities at this KOA. The staff were friendly enough and the price is right...but you get what you pay for. I'm a very chill poster and hate giving 1 star. Here are some thoughts... 1. The grounds were horribly unkept. Stuff just left everywhere...ladders, goggles, rakes, wood, broken plastic, tools, you name it. Leaves everywhere and it looked like no grounds keeping anywhere. Branches and leaf piles everywhere, piles of wood and dilapidated structures. It honestly looked like our site had not been attended to in weeks. Could have fooled me that this is a business that is "open." 2. Facilities I give a C. Not horrible dirty, but not clean. Could be worse I guess. 3. Overall it just seems like the staff didn't care. I got the feeling that the ownership perceives that the KOA is just an easy money maker, and as long as they get business then they will go to no extraordinary length or give even an average amount of effort to make this a good place to camp. IF you are in a pinch and need a place to park your rig, then stay here. BUT if you want a quality campground then don't stay here. I have noticed similarly listed reviews with positive responses from management to improve the KOA...but it doesn't look like management has made any effort to do so. Best regards Brigham City KOA. We were having a rough road trip and needed to find a place to stay and rest. The staff was so helpful. We ended up having a spill in the truck and didn't want to ruin their washer by washing a blanket. They had me try it and while it didn't work to clean my blanket, the owner gave me some tips to try to help. Then, they checked on us to see if we needed anything. The facility was so clean and the internet was FAST. I haven't found that at any other park. We will definitely be back. read more

We camped here before heading to Yellowstone. The experience was enjoyable so we stopped on our return trip. The new owners and staff are friendly and work constantly keeping the park in shape. I have been here over a week this time; it's a lovely, quiet spot between the mountains and lake and close to the exit off 15. It was far enough out from Salt Lake City to enjoy the countryside with less traffic but close enough to get to SLC airport (53 miles) to pick and drop off companions. read more

I am giving this KOA two stars because of false advertisement. We selected this KOA because they advertised WiFi, however it was not available in our spot. When we asked about it they said it was only good in the spots closest to the office. We paid for a premium spot and booked for 10 days. The days sucked because they were constantly watering the park and we were unable to walk our dog. I get watering but can't understand why grass needs 6+ hrs a day to stay green. They have tons of stickers in their grass...which are painful to animals and people. Evenings sucked because we could not get any reception to connect wirelessly. We decided to try another place that actually had WiFi but were told no refunds. I normally would not complain but we chose this campground because it stated WiFi. I recommend asking during booking whether what they advertise is really available. read more

Just recently stayed there! We absolutely loved it. The camp ground is very clean and the play ground is such a good touch my kiddos has fun. The arcade was also a lot of when it was cold outside. The bathrooms were very clean also and no waiting in line. The owners were super friendly and were very knowledgeable about the town and recommended a great place to eat and out was amazing.
