During our call he gave me excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't come to my home to sell about 10k in materials finally saying that on behalf of BMC, he was refusing to sell me anything at all and that I should call a contractor. If this is the way customers are treated at this store, I am frankly shocked they are still in business. If you are not a builder/contractor, don't bother with these guys. They don't want your business!

We had a problem with some of the bundles that had holes in the shingle, cracked, etc. To make things worse the installers threw the bad shingles into the dumpster which was gone before I knew of the problem. I called Pacific supply and explained the problem and without hesitation they said they would replace the three bundles. Everyone can make mistakes or have a product that is not quite right. This was for a new build! We went through Lowe's to get our…read morecountertops which was bedrock quartz. When it was installed it was not at all like what we picked out. Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.

We did a home addition, which included a new kitchen, and have been really frustrated with some companies we've worked with. BDA has been a bright spot. They are always quick to respond and are very organized and on top of things. We always knew when they would be available and they always came on time. They were super helpful in helping us choose a stone and told us what to expect. Oh, and they were one of the cheapest bids we got. The big name places wanted to charge us thousands more for a less personal experience. The best part about them was their attention to detail. When we chose our slabs, they told us what to look for and showed us things we would have never considered on our own. They came the day after our kitchen cabinets were installed and said one cabinet was 1/4" off of what is should be on one corner. They encouraged us to get it straightened so the counter would be perfect, even though it was such a small imperfection. When we were planning the cuts they'd make for the counters, they made sure they knew what part of the slab we liked best for the island and showed us exactly where seams would be. When they made the seams, they lined up the pattern perfectly. They put so much into their work and helped us make decisions to get the perfect kitchen! They also somehow got our giant 10' Island piece up our split level stairs and around a tight corner without scratching a single thing in the house. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make!
