Stay away from this restoration car shop.I spent thousands of dollars on my 1966 el camino to be restored. ( 37,972) to be exact. I spent 20,000 on body work alone, 12,974 ( for an interior that is just shitty workmanship).This shop wanted 18,000 to paint my car. ( they painted for 5,000 and did a shitty job) there is rust starting to form under the trim on the bed. I waited 5 years and 6 months for this car to be completed , they also told me that the back bumper would be rechromed, the old wiring would be replaced. This is A LIE. They are very Fraudulant! The wiring WAS NOT replaced ! My car had a short in it so bad that it ruined the starter,melted the wiring harness, and I had to pay another 2300 to a different shop to fix there mess. ! The interior is a HOT mess! I didnt even have an accelator pedal! The headliner is crooked,the windows dont have weatherstripping. The rear kit isn't installed , the dash topper wasnt even installed, there are wires hanging down . This shop is Fraudulant! Stay away from them read more

Maybe if you guys actually do what you say you were gonna do you wouldn't have all these shit comments here that you unfortunately can't delete to push your false narrative that you guys actually do good work. You guys had a car for around six years, gave the owner the run around and then slapped it together when you got pressure put onto you and gave it to them yesterday with engine and transmission issues, cracked fluid reservoirs, faulty Speedometer/other gauges, no coolant, broken handles to roll down the windows, and who else knows what. Took my car to them on 11/17/2020. All I wanted was wiring kit finished,959653 the kit was already in the car but not hooked up, exhaust system, A/C, and a drive line. After four years and thirty five thousand dollars I had re- chromed bumpers and an exhaust system. In Jan. 2024 Mark told me the car would be done by mid march. After lie after lie I told him I was not waiting any longer I would come and get the car. He told me there was an opening at the upholstery shop if waited he would take there. I called the shop no answer, called Mark he said guy was sick but lie number 50 was the shop I visited 4 years ago was ready, called him he was not aware I had ever been there. So I pick up my car Sept 2024 and of course Mark was not there. Found that they cut all wires from the wiring harness and through the fuse block in a bucket inside the car. I asked for an itemized invoice 13 times before finally contacting Consumer Protection at the state of Utah to get one. Found bill to be highly inflated, First time time I questioned him he took seven thousand dollars off the labor. But he still thinks his below par work is worth twenty thousand dollars. My advice is if you have car there check weekly and if he asks for more money go look at it first. My problem was I am 350 miles away. Took my 71 El Camino in for engine work, serpentine belt, and a new Vintage Air system. Work was done appropriately and some new issues were found that required attention including an engine piston rings overhaul. Communication is a two way street and I ended up calling them often because they have 20-30 vehicles going at any one time. The owner of the shop, Mark Lambert responded to my inquiries immediately. Received the vehicle back but had a non-working fuel gauge so will need to get that taken care of next time in the shop. Bottom line up front: This business just doesn't have the quality control necessary for working on classic cars. If you go to their site, you'll see my Rallye Green 69 Camaro Z/28 that was there getting a Heidt's front cradle and suspension. When I went to pick up my car, the owner, Mark, told me that the alignment guys had chipped my $13,000 custom paint. His guys did a good job of matching the paint, but you just can't damage custom car paint! That ended up being the tip of the iceberg... I drove it home and it was barely running when I got there. They didn't reconnect the electric choke - so how did they do a test drive longer than 2 miles? I drove the car around a bit and the clutch wouldn't fully disengage, so limped it home and got it on my lift. The clutch adjustment jam nut was freely spinning on the adjustment rod. I decided I better check everything else and found a power steering line jammed against the oil pan and another one rubbing the rack boot. Anti-sway bar fasteners were hand-tight. I took it back to get the line on the oil pan redone for clearance and to check the clutch adjustment. Got it back and noticed there was still no clutch pedal free-play and I couldn't adjust it out. Gave up and pulled the transmission - wrong throw-out bearing. They are genuine nice people, but don't have the attention to detail needed for a custom shop. I'll be looking for another one. read more
