I tried showing up yesterday (a Thursday) to get my earring put back in. From the photo, you can see they're open on Thursdays. But when I showed up, they were closed and that was confirmed by their answering machine. I left a message saying that they need to update their hours on their website. I get a call this morning from one of the piercers and she tells me she's looking at the website and that their hours are up to date. THIS IS PROOF THAT THEY HAVEN'T AND I WAS JUST LIED TO MY FACE. Don't tell me I'm wrong when clearly I'm not. Update: saw the comment from the owner, and still haven't acknowledged the hours are wrong on your website. Both times I got symmetrical pairs, my piercers measured my anatomy with calipers and were extra thoughtful with their marks. Shockingly poor customer service from the owners. I am a current client (my recent piercing is still healing) and was considering getting another piercing but I will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know not to go there either. Their owner is so unbelievably unreasonable about their parking situation that it ruins the experience there and with neighboring businesses. I had to use one of their spots because their employees double-parked the nearby groomers parking spot, and he threatened to call the police because I left my car with my husband inside it standing in the last available parking spot while I picked up my dogs. Tell your employees to park better and respect the reserved parking spots for other stores, or adjust the attitude you take towards your own clients, and then maybe you won't lose business in the future. read more

It'd be super great if the staff here could get on the same page about their COVID-19 policies. I called this morning to ask about shopping for jewelry and the person I spoke to on the phone was really nice. I specifically asked when I was on the phone if I needed an appointment to just come shop for new jewelry and she said no. So I drove the hour it takes for me to get there and when I got inside was told that I did need an appointment and that they could make one for me in a couple days. I tried to explain what the other associate had told me on the phone and the person at the counter just talked over me. Great experience!! Decided I wanted to do something spontaneous, so after searching online for the safest and cleanest piercing shops in my area I came across Warrior Piercing. Knowing New Hope and how insane parking would be I took a chance and drove over. I told myself if I found parking close to the shop it was confirmation that this was a chance I needed to take. Once I got on Main Street traffic was slow going as usual on such a beautiful day and as I pass the shop a space right across the street opens , that my friends is what I call divine intervention!! Stepped instead and was super impressed by the conditions of the shop and the lovely young lady Sev who greeted me. After the questions, which she totally answered and payment, I took a quick seat so she could address some other customers and within 5 minutes we were headed behind the curtain. After going over the process ( which she was very thorough and everything was clean and sterile) in the blink of my eye she was done. She ran down the aftercare instructions, made sure I was satisfied and I was done. They cancelled my original appointment for a piercing and then I kept trying to get another appointment but either they don't have a piercers on site that day, or they just don't have an appointment. It was ridiculous trying to rebook, after *they* cancelled. And they have *awful* customer service manners -- nasty, judgmental, dismissive. Sweet guy in the front, but managers? Owners? Rude, crude, awful people. Would not issue refund on a gift card and are dismissively unavailable for rebooking. So, what's a customer to do, but warn others. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I have gotten both of my nostril piercings done here. Both were also done by JT. I loved my first piercing that I have ever gotten so much that I had to come back for a second. The counter staff, and JT were both friendly and knowledgeable. For someone who is scared of needles, JT walked me through the entire process the first time around, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. When I came back this weekend for my second piercing, I was so relieved to have him again. He was able to give me some tips and tricks on how to heal the rest of the keloid that I had, and offered to put the ball back in my piercing that had fallen out. Both piercings I would say we're both quick and relatively painless. As a first timer getting a piercing, I would recommend Warrior Piercing. I only ever get pierced at Warrior; they are the most professional piercers I've experienced. Better than Piercing Pagoda, Claire's, and a tattoo parlor in Jenkintown. I came back to Warrior after I got a pierce done at a less professional place--Warrior knew exactly what to do, and fixed my pierce for me. For pre-surgery instructions, my hospital told me I had to remove my piercings in order to have my surgery. Warrior was incredibly helpful then too, by giving me their card and saying my medical professional could call them and discuss whether my piercings needed to come out for the procedure. Warrior is always nice, clean, and comfortable. read more

I have never felt so disrespected by a place of business in my life. i have gone there many times before for piercings and I will never go again. I got my tragus pierced there over a year ago and went in to ask if there was a way to get a new stud because mine was fully healed and the post was too big for my ear. I immediately got reprimanded and talked down on by the lady with the buzzed hair cut. She spoke to me anger and gave me no help at all for a valid question.I left the store upset after going in with a simple question. Will never be going back again. read more

I'm not pleased. Sure - this place does sterile, exact piercing and if you are a pro and know exactly what you want and how to care for it you'll be fine. If this is your first real piercing just don't. You'd think that when a customer tells a person at the counter that they have never had a piercing and are doing this on a whim that the counter person would launch into a lovely script about healing times, expectations, the different kind of jewelry, etc. But not here. Here they tell you they only use surgical steel and barbells are $20 and rings are $15. They send you away with a sheet on basic cleaning and some soap. The rest is just whatever you feel like. No education. Then, when you're swollen and looking to the internet for solace you find out that titanium is widely regarded as the better metal for piercing especially in people with a known nickel sensitivity. So you call warrior to ask if they carry titanium, the price, and if they can be switched. They tell you over the phone that nickel sensitivity isn't a real thing and especially not with surgical steel (I have read accounts from people with nickel sensitivity going both ways on surgical steel). They tell you titanium is "hugely expensive" and unnecessary. and they tell you that they can switch your jewelry if you really want it - but it may aggravate your piercing. They encourage you to come back for an early free check up. You come in 2 days later. On that day you find out that they absolutely will not change your jewelry for 3 months. You also find out that the titanium is the same price as the surgical steel but they don't use it for healing jewelry. The owner has a policy against titanium in new piercings. Don't ask me why. You also find out from the internet that many recommend some sort of salt solution, h2ocean being the big brand name. You mention this to the piercer at your check up. He says oh yeah, we sell that. It's more expensive than regular saline (which according to him I should have been using but on the sheet was only meant to clean the actual jewelry) but it's easier to apply and you don't have to move your jewelry around - spray it on and it sinks in itself! Why on earth wasn't that even mentioned to me at my first visit?? So again - if know everything about your proposed piercing and don't have a nickel problem please by all means come here. The piercer is super friendly and from what I can gather he did a lovely job. But if you're looking to have more guidance, or you'd like titanium for your new pierce seek greener pastures. PS: their prices are on their website. And if you have more than one at once they knock off $5 per pierce. Also eat before you have multiple piercings. read more

4 years ago I decided to go to OLD warrior to get my nose pierced. they didn't even have nose studs, i had no choice but to get a ring. My aftercare instructions weren't the best and after a couple months trying to get it to heal (apparently they were old school instructions) I had no choice but to take it out. It was just not working and I was so bummed. New Warrior is a great experience. The store is clean and bright, they have a good selection of stuff and at good prices. Guy behind the counter was super friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted (a stud, not a ring) and also what happened before. He assured me this time would be different and he was right. My piercer was the BEST! He was clear and vocal about what he was doing every step of the way. Obviously a master at his craft - I wasn't even a little scared. He showed me the placement and why, and where my ring had been lower before. While piercing he kept talking to me reminding me to breathe, and was consistently checking in with me to make sure I was ok. He handed me a bottle of water right after. I was so over the minute of pain because he made me feel so at ease, and my piercing looked great. Friendly, professional, good prices ($50 total) and I highly recommend next time you're in New Hope. read more

Warrior Piercing is the best and only place I will ever go to get my ears pierced! They are extremely professional and they offer a wide variety of piercings that fit everyone's needs. Today I went in and got a rook piercing and my second lobe re-pierced and from the second I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed and excited for my new additions to my ear. An extremely kind blonde woman (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) helped me select my jewelry and answered any and all questions that I had. JT was my piercer, and he was extremely professional and did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing and making it an overall painless process. I also ended up changing the earring that I had for my tragus piercing that I had gotten at Warrior about 4 years ago. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any sort of piercing. Will never get a piercing here ever again, I've had 7 different piercings done elsewhere and I decided to give them a shot. The girl pierced my septum then when the jewelry's ball continued to fall off she took a huge set of pliers to my fresh piercing and tightened the ball saying "hopefully this doesn't fall out" well a month later it not only fell out but it fell out while I was asleep and I had swallowed the piercing. So after letting it heal I called today to see if they could do something about it only to be told they would only re pierce it if I had the original piercing then after explaining why I don't have the piercing I was laughed at over the phone. Bryan who did the piercing and the dude that worked the counter (I forget his name) were awesome. They were low energy which is what I needed. Definitely don't want someone who can't wait to pierce you as you're sweating. I had a 8ga PA done yesterday. This is the first piercing ever and they explained the whole process. Bryan was cool with my nerves and just dealt with my moaning. I'm sure he's had to put up with worse... I hope. ha The place is clean, and couldn't be happier. I have been wanting to get my nose pierced as long as I can remember and finally decided to just go for it. JT was absolutely amazing, he walked me through everything, even explaining how all of the tools were cleaned, etc. He was so calm which made me feel 10x more comfortable with the whole experience. Third time's the charm! Having my nostril pierced unsuccessfully two times prior I thought I would give Warrior a try. Clean, bright, professional. Greeted by Lauren who I grilled why the other two tries didn't go so well. She gave me great maintenance tips and jewelry suggestions. I came to Warrior one weekend to get my septum pierced and the staff was super lovely! The young lady at the front was very informative and she explained everything clearly to me. She explained the difference between the jewelry options as well as explaining all the paperwork to me. JT the gentleman who did the piercing was truly awesome! He was gentle and very calm. I felt extremely relaxed during the whole process. He thoroughly explained how to take care of my new piercing. This isn't my first experience with piercings but it honestly was the best. First I'll say this, I always had good experiences with Warrior In New Hope, PA as I had some piercings done by JT who is awesome at what he does. With that said the experience I had last week ruined any chance of me returning to Warrior. Last week i brought my daughter to Warrior for her third ear piercing. There was a customer in front of us who was having some discussion with the sales rep about an inappropriate question regarding a Amex gold card. When that discs sion was over and the customer turned to leave it was more than obvious that she was not happy. The sales rep( who I wish I caught his name but I'll describe as the young punk who oddly wore a wool had in 90+degree weather) turned to us somewhat disinterested but going through the motions, to acknowledge our presence. I explained what my daughter was looking to do and he quickly corrected me by saying a triple piercing is three separate piercings. I responded she wants her third ear piercing. Once he was OK with my response he quickly showed us the jewelry, my daughter picked her jewelry and was all set to get pierced. However, we were told that since she was under 16 she would need ID. I said 'she is indeed 15 and im her father. You have my consent AND don't you remember we were just in here 2 months ago. Here is my ID. I will run back to my car and grab my phone so that I can prove her age. wool hat adamantly and rudely said 'nothing can be done without ID' and began placing the jewelry back in the display case. After a long walk back to the car we returned to warrior with all the proper Identification. Now here is where I almost lost my cool. Wool hat turns to me and asks "why is her address different than yours?" I replied "are you serious?" as i was quickly losing my patience. I responded 'She lives with her mother.' What an odd question." My daughter joked and said yeah daddy you could be an older uncle or something, sensing the tension. Wool hat looks up and says without a blink "yeah you are kinda old. Just kidding". Imagine my response to that but I wasn't going to ruin this experience for my daughter, and just stared at wool hat who quickly walked upstairs for fear he might have gone too far with that comment. So my daughter got her third piercing, I got my blood pressure raised and we left Warrior for the last time. A note, that the piercer was exceptionally professional and this review is not about him at all. On our walk to dinner my daughter turned to me and says that guy was so rude I wanted to punch him for you. Lol. All I could do was laugh and say don't worry about it, we will never go back there again. read more

I came into Warrior Piercing in New Hope in 2011 to have an anti-tragus piercing done on my right ear. I commented on the clear business cards, that had 3D sparkling symbols on them. I thought they were stickers, but the dark-haired woman behind the counter rolled her eyes and said "Those are our business cards." Against my better judgement, I allowed this woman to conduct my anti-tragus piercing. The energy was negative, and the act of the piercing felt aggressive (even for spearing cartilage). She sold me some solution spray and reminded me that I "ACTUALLY need to soak it." The piercing never healed, even months and months later, with continuous salt water soaks. No q-tips were used! I went into Sanctum, in New Brunswick to check this out. I won't say his name, but this amazing person was INCREDIBLY polite and professional about not actually disclosing that this piercing had been done "wrong." He explained that it was pierced through the cartilage too deep, at an angle that would never actually allow it to heal naturally. He removed the jewelry and gave me further instructions on how to care for my unnecessary wound. read more

I've had every piercing done here over the past ten years and I've never had any problems with any of them. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful, and they have a great selection of body jewelry. I've been to other piercing places in NJ and PA and have had issues with piercings done anywhere but here. Whenever I want a new piercing there's nowhere else I'll go but here even if it's out of my way. And whenever a friend asks for a recommendation, I always send them here. read more
