Wanted to get a small tattoo on a whim. My sister and I called the place to see if they had any availability for 2 walk ins. Ed the guy that answered the phone said he had 2 other clients at the time getting a small tattoo also and he would be done in about a hour and a half. So he took our number and said if he got done sooner he would give us a call. Exactly a hour and half later he called telling us that he was finished and if we were ready we could come. Fast forward we got there went over what we wanted and Ed really took his time to make sure the design was exactly how we wanted it. My sister and I really love the outcome of our tattoo. On a whim, my friend and I decided to come in for a couple of piercings the Friday before July 4th weekend. We called and were able to get appointments for later that day. Sam is a very skilled piercer! I got my navel and my friend did her cartilage, and neither of us felt much pain (just a pinch). The facility is clean, and I was happy they sold the spray to clean the piercing so I didn't have to stop somewhere else to buy it. Prices were reasonable and they had a small but good selection of jewelry. They are cash only, which we were told over the phone when we made the appointments. I was visiting from Norway and picked this place to add a tattoo on top of my old one after I saw the work they had done so far. Best tattoo experience I have ever had. From the second I came in I felt taken care of and all my needs/expectations were surpassed. My tattoo artist Nikki was an amazing talented artist that made this experience amazing. I stopped into Ink Boss to get my ears pierced (rook and helix.) When I got there it was very clean and the piercer (Willow) was super nice and very helpful. When I was getting pierced Willow talked me through everything she was doing and she was super kind and definitely helped me stay calm since I was a little nervous. Hello I am typing this message on behalf of a friend who was gypped by a girl who works here. For a small chunk of her upper thigh not even shaded she was charged $800. I support businesses and I love them but when it comes to getting gypped at a place I refuse to let it go on notice. This is not business this is taking advantage and I would not recommend going here unless that girl with the piercings is gone. No hate I'm sure the owner is a great guy but when you got a rotten egg working for you and it should be fixed. When there's a Rotten egg in the bunch it makes ever worker smell. I wanted a tattoo and it was on a whim. So I called them asked if they could do four small tattoos since I had friends and family that wanted one too. They said yes. We walked in and Ed was very hopeful and honest about what we could get and what would look best. We were there for a couple of hours. They clean everything and used new equipment for each person. The women who runs the tattoo shop is incredibly unprofessional, she whispers about clients while they are sitting there. Also Milano one of the artists although he does nice work he has no concept of time. He will make you sit there and wait for hours on end and he does not seem to care. He also failed to inform my friend and I that color and black ink are different and have different outcomes which left my friend and I with infected tattoos. Although he gave us a free touch up we need another one due to the ink and he wants it to cost as much as a new tattoo that does not seem very fair. read more
