I can't say enough nice things about Ray and his work. I contacted Ray about having a half sleeve done, I have other tattoos but I'd never had anything done on that scale before and I was kinda nervous. From my first email to Ray I knew I'd made the right choice, not only is he an amazing artist but he listened to my ideas and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I've gone to other tattoo shops before and they've made me feel out of place and uncomfortable because I'm not covered head-to-toe in tattoos, Ray never once made me feel that way or like my concept was silly. He took my idea of wanting butterflies all over my arm and turned it into a tattoo more beautiful than I could imagine. Before going to Ray, I only had one tiny tattoo behind my ear. It didn't hurt at all because of how small it is. I want my body completely covered but I'm petrified of pain. After going a few times with my boyfriend, Jesse (who also gets tattooed by Ray), Ray and him finally talked me into starting my full leg piece. Ray is very considerate and patient with his clients. He actually cares about their opinions and how they react to getting tattooed. I've never felt so comfortable about doing something so drastic to my body.
