He listened to our ideas of what we wanted and transcribed them into a beautiful piece of art that represented the love and bond my mom, big sister, and I share. It was my mom's first tattoo and Ryan made her feel so very comfortable with option of tv or music, and with explaining what he was doing and the items that would be used. Everything is new and sterile, not reused. It was a lovely vibe and he is absolutely wonderful. There is a restroom on the premises and the shop itself is nice. I totally recommend this place.

The office is incredibly clean and the staff is always kind and patient. The procedure hurts but they are so kind about giving you breaks and going at your pace. The staff knows their stuff and they really walk you through the process. The results may be slow but it helps that they take pictures every time so you can truly track the progress. I also really appreciate that they understand the side effects and help prep by supplying you with hydrocortisone and the lollipops really help (lesser known side effect of the laser is that some people get an awful taste in their mouth) Though I really hope to not need to have another tattoo removed, if I did, I would go back to Removery in a heartbeat.
