I called Warren with the idea that I only needed a couple of rooms painted and carpet and linoleum replaced. Warren listened carefully and even allowed me to make this a bigger project than first envisioned. First, Warren sent is wife who does residential cleaning to remove the years of built up grease from the kitchen bulkhead above the stove and sink. She did a fantastic job! Then Warren and I worked out a plan to paint all but one room of my home and restore the hardwood floors. After the painting began and carpet was removed from one bedroom and the hallway, I made the decision that laminate would go down in most of the house, carpet would only go into three rooms and the office parquet floor and one bed room hardwood floor would be restored. For the next 2.5 weeks, furniture moving (taking some pieces apart), painting, and hardwood restoration took place. Warren's team of five men were wonderful. From each one I have learned much about maintenance, painting and floor care. Yes, I did find a few little drops of paint where it should not have been, or a place behind a toilet that was not painted, but these were easy fixes for me. The carpet was installed by a third party vendor, but Warren oversaw the install as did his team and I. No mistakes there. The transitions between hard floor and carpet are spot on. It is like Warren took a piece of carpet and the LVT flooring to get the perfect transitions match. Warren's team even moved all the heavy furniture (piano and lift chair) from one room to another and put them back when the job was done. They even put with me telling them to change the location on one piece or another. I wish I could post before and after pictures of the job because they tell an amazing story. Would I hire Warren and his team again, Yes, in a heart beat. read more
