We used Warner Center Limo for a safe trip to a special event in Los Angeles. I called for a quote and Hasib handled all my inquiries. After a quick check around their rates are as good or better than every other local Limo Company. We made it to our destination and back safely The limo bar was stocked, everything was cold and the ride was super comfy. Great rates!! I will absolutely be using this service again. No complaints at all! Thank you again! read more

We've used Warner Center Limo for LAX runs for several years now & have been extremely happy with their service. Only downside is their website does not allow you to book online anymore. read more

Above and Beyond! The best private car company in the valley! Zachary provided a safe, reliable and extremely professional transportation service. Definitely my go-to company for transport! read more

Excellent service. Professional, on time, clean car, very comfortable. Driver was safe and it would definitely reuse their services again. read more

The drivers were friendly and on time . Helped with my bags and everything was great . Easy reliable way to go to and from LAX

It was easy and intuitive to book a reservation online, and they'll give you the name and the phone number of your driver before the pick-up. The driver found my apartment just fine, and the car was very clean and comfortable. They won't be chatty unless you're chatty, and considering it was a 3:30am pickup it was such a relief that I didn't need to talk. We were headed to the airport in the pouring rain and I felt very safe the whole time. They're also prompt at providing a receipt for the ride after it is done, in case you need anything for your records. Gratuity is already included so you don't need to worry about having cash. I would definitely use them again to get to the airport. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Hasib the past weekend. We had the Hummer limo to celebrate my mom's birthday and Hasib also drove my husband to LAX in the same weekend. He was on time and was very accommodating. I'd be keeping Warner Center Limo in mind for whenever we need transportation services. Thank you so much! read more

So impressed by the level of professionalism I received from this company. They also have a very efficient webpage that allows you to add gratuity -- which is great, convenient, and saves so much time. I called with a request and a question, speaking with a gentleman by the name of "Hasib"; he was so kind, addressing all my concerns and answering my questions so efficiently. I wasn't sure if I was even going to book a Town Car when I first called in, but after speaking with Hasib, I felt my mind had been put at ease, and I realized that we would be in good hands. In short, this is a really great company with amazing people at its helm; you can't go wrong by choosing them for your car transport needs! read more

Was overcharged from quoted price. Driver was rude and unprofessional. Customer service is non existent. Would not use their service again.

Our flight got canceled, then delayed three times and David from Warner Center Limo Service was there waiting for us when our flight landed. To make matters worse, the couple we were traveling with missed their connecting flight. We couldn't just leave them standing there so David waited nearly 2 and a half hours for us to help them sort out stand by. When he came to pick us up, we were at a completely different terminal AND we had to pee. He patiently waited. We are now headed home to the Valley from LAX in rush hour traffic and he's kept his cool while I'm in the back dropping F bombs at the situation. Yes, I'm writing this review as we roll. Honestly, if you need a ride to the airport from a good company who puts in 100%, don't sleep on Warner Center Limo. read more

If I could give negative points I would! My son graduated from high school yesterday and I ordered a limo to take 8 family members through the drive-through diploma pick up parade. I really wanted to somehow make the day memorable. I also have a tiny car that barely fits 4 people. I scheduled for 2pm. When 2pm came, there was no limo. I decided to wait, maybe the driver was late? 2:30pm no limo. I thought maybe the company thought I said 3pm? By 3pm with no limo I was scrambling to figure out how to get my family to the school all together! I tried an XL Uber- it wasn't big enough. I tried some friends who might have a big enough vehicle- no success. I tried other limo companies but they needed a full hour to get their car ready! Only my son, his dad and me were able to go. Thank you Warner Center Limo Service. I would have used a more reliable company but you didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me no one was coming. You didn't answer mine and my husbands phone calls trying to reach you for 40minutes!! The worst service EVER! I DO NOT recommend using this company. There are smaller companies with more reliable options. Try those. read more

I definitely recommend this company if you guys are looking for limos. You don't have to pay so much for a really nice limousine. They are probably the cheapest one that I've seen. Hasib was our driver and he's amazing ! No complaints and he came in earlier than expected ! There was an aux cord ! PLUS!! Beverages included and fun lighting on the inside. I am actually going back to rent one for my prom this year ! read more

Picked us up on time June 30, 2014 at 4:40 AM at our house to take us to LAX. When it was time to pick us at LAX on July 7, 2014 at 11:15 pm, they were not there waiting for us. After getting our luggage I called them & was told the driver is driving around looking for us. We waited a half hour for them. I will never use there service again. I was asked to be picked up at 5:30 AM to go to the airport. The driver was there at 5:25 AM and was courteous. I was also picked up from the international terminal in which my luggage was delayed for over 45 minutes. The driver waited for me and pick me up once I was able to exit the terminal. I would definitely use this service again, everything was excellent. read more

My driver showed up on time, had the car seat I'd requested for my daughter, helped us with our bags, and drove us to the train station in plenty of time to catch our train. He was very courteous and pleasant, and the car was clean and quiet. If I need to use a car service in the future, I will definitely contact Warner Center Limo Services first. read more
