Rafael, the driver, was on time and so caring with my wheelchair bound mother. She used the handicapped accessible van for transport from the airport to Culver City and Rafael made sure she was safe throughout the whole process. Could not be happier with Alliance Limo service, we hired them for my daughter's prom, the driver Jared was super professional, punctual and very nice. The car was sparkling clean and new. He drove our teenagers to the prom and made us feel very comfortable, assuring that he will do a great job taking them there and driving back, and he did! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I used to solely book Alliance for all my clients, but today that will change. I will never be using their services again thanks to dispatcher Robert Sarg who was not only disrespectful towards me - raised his voice at me - but also hung up on me. He had sent an email to me at 10:30PM PT last night, asking for me to fill out credit card forms. Thinking I could handle everything in the morning, the first thing I did when I woke up was call Alliance to give them my payment information to confirm the two cars I needed for tomorrow. I had a great experience. Gave CC info, received confirmation emails, everything. About three hours later, I get automated cancelation notifications via email. I call Alliance & Robert Sarg is the one who answers. He was extremely rude from the moment he said hello. I explained what had happened & all he kept reiterating was the cars were canceled because I did not fill out forms via email & send them back. Forms I had never been reminded of on the initial phone call this morning. I was told once I gave my credit card information that all was good and, again, received confirmation emails confirming so. When I asked him to reinstate the cars, he said they were now unavailable & continued to blame me. When I, in frustration, said "I will never be using your car service again if you do not fix this" he said "please don't" and hung up on me. I then wrote an email to the company thinking someone else would be receiving it. To my surprise, I was sent a very nasty response by none other than Robert Sarg. Photo attached. I don't wish for anything to come of this other than for this man to be held accountable for his insanely disrespectful actions and passive aggressive tone. These guys have TERRIBLE customer service. I am a part of one of their corporate accounts and they have "changed" their reservation policy such that you have to call them only a week in advance to reserve cars. Not only that, when I called their customer service, the guy said that he was "confused" the whole time! I tried to speak slower, but to no avail. I am doing anything in my power to make sure that we don't use these folks again! There are plenty of car service people out there that would want my work's business! read more

Company needs to get control of who is driving TCP14566, they are dangerous, cutting people off, swerving around cars that go "too slow" for them & speeding. I see this isn't the only negative review of this particular driver....they are not doing the company any favors. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! The drivers do not know how to drive and wear way too much cologne. The first driver who picked me up had no idea how to get to LAX!!! He could barely read a Nav system. The second driver took his foot on and off the gas the entire way so after a 12 hour flight I was more car sick on the way to my house then I was in the plane! They also have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Albert acts like he is doing you a favor by using his service. I have been using their car service for over 2 years and Albert told me he just got a new SUV so I requested it. He unfortunately left out the part that it was $210 dollars! Instead of crediting me back he said he would take me to court for $100 dollars. Wow. This guy doesn't know how to run a business. Albert - the customer is always right! WORST CAR SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Albert- I am your client not my husband. I book the car for him and he never complains about anything. He would take a ride on a camel and never mention a thing. I've been getting the same rate for a pick up for 2 years. You mentioned you bought a new SUV and asked if we wanted it but never said it would be double the price. Not very bright of you when a customer is paying the same rate for two years to charge them double when it was you who told me you had a new car! Then when I called to complain today, instead of being smart and refunding the $100 for the misunderstanding you told me it was too bad and not to use your service again. What a way to treat your loyal customers! You lost my business as well as my husband's. Just over all bad business. Shame on you! read more

I used AllianceLimo last weekend for a corporate event. They were very easy to place a reservation with, and Anna helped me choose the best limo for my party size. I shopped around and was not able to find a comparable quote from other limo companies. The driver was friendly, and had refreshments in the limo for us, which was great. His review of this car service was very good. he said the driver even acted as security in a bad neighborhood when his wife had to use the restroom at a public facility. Unauthorized Credit Card Charges long after I stopped using this company. Unfortunately, they had my credit card on file. I stopped using their services as they were not punctual and they were rude. Long afterwards I was shocked to see a charge from them on my credit card for services they had never provided. Instead of immediately crediting the charge once they were discovered they gave me the run around and now I have to fight it through my credit card company. Unpleasant. I shudder to think what they would do with a corporate account! This is an unethical company. read more

Alliance is the company New York's Carmel Limo service uses when I booked an airport ride via Carmel. I arrived on a late flight, and part of the instructions were to call when I reached baggage claim to let them know I arrived. And call I did. Over and over but there was no answer, so I called their emergency line and spoke to a very unhelpful man at 1:45 am asking where my PRE-PAID car was. Apparently, it was no where and is have to wait another 30 minutes. In the meantime, despite the no show car, they would not process the refund. So, yeah, I would not recommend them or Carmel. read more

Alliance Limo was an outstanding and reliable company! I highly recommend their transportation services to anyone. My husband and I were driven to LAX in a Lincoln Navigator. We were getting on a flight to Cancun, Mex for our honeymoon. The drive to the airport was comfortable and safe. The driver was very friendly and professional. He could tell I was very nervous about flying. But then we all started chatting about traveling to different countries, different activities to do as a tourist, places to eat and so on. By the time we got to the airport I had forgotten all about my anxiety about flying and I couldn't wait to go on my honeymoon! In addition, we were on time and early to the airport.
