This other company rhymes with "Warming Trends" and they came out and did nothing to help the functionality issues, and then charged me for two seasonal cleanings I did not ask for. I then called La Crosse Fireplace. Tim knew right away what the issue was and sent out a technician to verify. He diagnosed the ignitor as faulty, ordered the new part and came out on our schedule to installed it. Fantastic customer service. They are a busy company and there reason they are is cause they are so sought after. They have always had a timeline to get things done and barring any issues with product availability, etc they have been awesome!. I love that when I walk in or when my wife and I walk in we can look around without a pushy salesperson and they just stop by and check on you to answer questions. The install team for the fireplaces (both gas and wood) plus the outdoor solutions they have for fireplaces, cooking and entraining equipment is top notch. I told we were looking to get some information from someone about the product and pricing. She was so rude to our salesperson and us. She then went on to tell us we probably would not get the product for 3 month to a year without even knowing what we were interested in.

Nick came over, measured for our metal bird blockade and put it up about 2 weeks later. Has been 2 weeks since then, no birds, no nesting materials or "poop" on the deck.
