This other company rhymes with "Warming Trends" and they came out and did nothing to help the functionality issues, and then charged me for two seasonal cleanings I did not ask for. I then called La Crosse Fireplace. Tim knew right away what the issue was and sent out a technician to verify. He diagnosed the ignitor as faulty, ordered the new part and came out on our schedule to installed it. Fantastic customer service. Tim and his team provided exactly what I asked for in a timely and professional manner. Don't call anyone else, call La Crosse Fireplace for all your fireplace needs.

They are a busy company and there reason they are is cause they are so sought after. They have always had a timeline to get things done and barring any issues with product availability, etc they have been awesome!. I love that when I walk in or when my wife and I walk in we can look around without a pushy salesperson and they just stop by and check on you to answer questions. The install team for the fireplaces (both gas and wood) plus the outdoor solutions they have for fireplaces, cooking and entraining equipment is top notch. Quality stuff, not junk you buy on the fly, and great service will always win for me! I think you can find what you need and be very satisfied! I told we were looking to get some information from someone about the product and pricing. She was so rude to our salesperson and us. Once we finally got them out here to install our wood stove, the work performed was very poor and is still unfinished. They never informed us that they would be digging below grade, now we are left with a mess. There was plenty of room to do this project correctly. They have not made an attempt to correct this mess in weeks.
