DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These guys are frauds, don't know appliances, steal your money and don't…read morerespond. It has been over 2 months since they came and completely misdiagnosed the issue with my oven, asked for money to order parts and started us on the most awful experience with a repair company ever. 2 days after giving them a check for $500.00 we found out the issue they said we have was WRONG. When we asked for our money back, they did not return calls, or messages until we used a phone they did not recognize. They said several times they sent the money but they never did. They need to be put out of business, they are cheating customers. Read reviews posted elsewhere. Similar stories. Taking them to small claims court and reporting them to Better Business Bureau. STAY CLEAR, there are legitimate and good appliance repair companies out there. This is not one of them.

Believe the 1 Star reviews here, as I had the same experience. Call someone else! What a…read morenightmare!! My 3 year old dryer started squealing, you know the sound, probably a belt. So I called this company seeing they had great reviews. The technician was an hour late for his Thursday at 3:30 appointment, but had been in communication, so it was not too big of a deal. I had to leave work an hour early, but was just happy the noise was going to be fixed. He fixed the original noise, but left me with a completely different noise. So, I called him as soon as I realized there was a problem to come back and fix the new noise. He could fit me in the following week on Thursday at 3:30, so another hour off from work. At 4:30, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I texted him. He's like, oh shoot! Sorry! I'm not gonna make it, we had big changes at the business and now I'm doing everything myself. Can I have someone call you to reschedule? Yes, please! Friday, nothing. Monday, nothing. Late afternoon on Tuesday I texted again and was like, hey, I haven't heard from anyone to get this repair rescheduled, the noise hasn't gone away and I would still like someone to come and take a look. He calls me back sounding irritated and schedules for Thursday at 3:30 again (yesterday). 3:30 comes and goes. 4:30. 4:45. 5:00 I get a call, sorry I'm running late, I'm just getting to the shop, will pick up some more parts and tools and head your way. Be there within the hour. At 6:15 he shows up, sarcastically says "so let's hear this noise," and when I turn it on he says, "well, it sounds great!" I said no, that high pitched whirring sound was not there before. He says that he knows what's probably causing it, pulls my dryer apart, and I ask for a diagnosis. He holds up a part that has a flat spot and says yep, this was the problem. It's all fixed now. I turn it on while he's standing there to make sure it's not making a noise. Nope, all is quiet. He leaves. I am thrilled to throw in a load of laundry this morning, expecting a nice quiet machine. I put the clothes in, turn it on, put another load in the washer and go upstairs. The 2nd load finishes washing, and I go downstairs to switch it over. Clothes in the dryer are still cold and wet. I turn the dryer back on, high heat setting, and stand there a few minutes then check the dryer again. Clothes are still cold. My dryer now doesn't dry at all. I sent him a message, but knew he was going out of town all weekend. Off to the laundromat to dry these wet clothes....What should have been a fairly simple repair has turned into 2 full weeks, tons of texts and calls, missed hours from work, and....now a pocket full of quarters. UPDATE: A week later and this business has not responded to my message about the dryer not working at all now. I have called another repairman, since it is apparent this business does not stand by their work?New person came and took a look, and after putting new thermostats, a new element, and other parts in it, it still does not heat and they can't find the problem. So the options are that it will either cost several hundred to repair/replace additional parts or to get a new dryer. What should have been a simple belt replacement on a dryer that was only a couple of years old has now basically cost me $1000.
