My first stay here and the hotel fell below my expectations. Please check your rooms and take pictures upon arrival as they charge a hold for incidental on your card. You don't want to be charged for a previous guest damages. There are a laundry list of things that needs to be addressed. 1. Hotel room was small. For a sports complex where families is traveling the standard queen room didn't offer a pullout couch and the beds were the size of a full size mattress. 2. The beds were hard 3. Furniture was date and worn 4. Pictures on wall missing 5. Office chair was ripped and turn to shreds. 6. Desk had splinters sticking out 7. Recliner had damage 8. Wall had damage 9. Arcades and games was not working. 10. All the courts in the back gym is horrible 11. Lego flooring that is coming apart and missing tape to keep them secure which poses a safety hazard for kids playing on those mats. 12. The courts were dirty and had not been swept the entire weekend. 13. Half of the Officials were horrible. Didn't care to control the game for safety of kids so much spectators and ref was arguing during live game and now more calls were missed. 14 . Limited food options 15. Parking was crazy. Even as a hotel guest, folks were parking in hotel side which left no parking available for staying guest 16. Only 1 sit down restaurant on site. Food was salty 17. When shared my stay with manager, no accommodations were made. I was only told, yeah we are trying to update all the rooms and they haven't reached mines yet. Also, they were aware of my room damages but you still failed to put a guest in that room after paying $245 per night after being told a hold of $50 per night for incidentals was being added. I was told a kid kicked the ball into the wall and knocked down picture a few weeks ago. 18. You need a key card to turn on the electricity and refrigerator in the room. W/o it electricity doesn't work. 19. Food in food court looked old and dry. It appeared they were not properly checking the food temperature in hot food section of the food court. 20. Tickets are sold as daily entry. No weekend passes The only good thing was being on-site of the venue. A guest stay away from home is to make them feel at home when they are away. I felt the total opposite. I would rather stay where I am comfortable than convenient. Oh PS! I asked to replace that desk chair in my room and all they did was removed that problem and swapped it in another room...smh The warehouse you all have got to do better.

Exterior, from the parking lot. Navigation is a bit tricky the first time, a little maze-like. Keep an eye out for the hotel signs!

We wanted somewhere to stay overnight while visiting the PA Renaissance Faire, so we booked the package with Warehouse, and we were very pleased with the whole experience! Our Faire tickets and room were ready when we arrived, and the desk staff was incredibly friendly. We needed coffee so early in the morning, and the brew was quite strong. The lobby was lovely, and the restaurant name is a great pun. Our room was spacious and clean with a variety of lighting options. The bed was firm with multiple pillows and cozy covers. The shower had several spots for resting a leg or a shampoo bottle, and there were loads of fresh towels available. We appreciated the television and fridge, both of which we used. We toured the other facilities on the property before leaving, and they're spectacular. As avid disc golfers, we decided to visit a course in the area while we were there. There were a huge number to choose from. There's no shortage of fun in Lancaster! There were a couple of lowlights at Warehouse. The first was literally "low light." We ordered food delivery after the restaurant closed, and the parking lot was very dark, making the hotel even more difficult for the delivery person to find (its location is already odd & tricky to navigate the first time). The lights just weren't on outside. It was so dark that I wouldn't want to arrive late by myself. The second is that the room and hotel were very humid. I'm sure the recent rains were a significant factor, but we also found no ventilation fan in our bathroom, so showers just steamed the whole space, causing rust on the doorframe and peeling wallpaper. Long term, this could become a serious problem. Overall, we had a great experience at Warehouse and would happily stay again.

King with sofa bed.

I was just passing through town and decided to spend the night, so this room (king with sofa bed) was booked via the 'Hotel Tonight' app for $79. PROS When I arrived an hour later, they had all the information ready and it was an efficient check-in. I also like that they use the key cards for the lights in the room. It's environmentally responsible, keeps their electric bill down, and allows them to offer lower room rates. The room was clean and spacious with a frig, and I slept like a log. As I'm pushing through major jet lag, I also appreciated the noon checkout time. I didn't utilize the gym, wi-fi or restaurant. CONS There is a microwave next to the ice machine for the entire floor. For me, if you offer a frig, there should be a microwave in the room too. Especially for this caliber of hotel. Parking. In addition to the hotel and gym complex, they were accepting deliveries from the community for an upcoming event when I arrived and tons of people were flooding in for an evening event as well. There wasn't a dedicated route or parking area for hotel guests. The parking was a nightmare every time I arrived and departed. OVERALL: My hotel stay was actually fine, but I won't return due to the parking. I can only recommend this hotel to others if you don't need to come and go, due to the current parking design/flow.

Old Amish Country

I remember my parents packing up the car decades ago for a last minute getaway to the Amish country. (How did we do this without iPhones and google maps !! ??). We would spend a weekend going to all the unique shops and eating, and eating some more. Just made the trek back for a long weekend. We chose the Warehouse hotel for two nights. It is a modern, unique, fresh, clean hotel that has 5 star vibes. It's located within a popular sports complex. It has a very nice bar and restaurant. Attractions in the region are all within a reasonable driving distance which makes it the perfect launching pad for everything Lancaster has to offer. The rooms are much bigger then a typical hotel room. Very modern. Each room has flat screen, fridge, hair dryer and other amenities - Wifi works well throughout the property. I highly recommend. Note: if you book hotel, the interior rooms have interior views of the hotels inside guests gathering area. Defin would visit again !

I gave them a 3 star. But let's talk about the good stuff first. We found this hotel in hotels.com for $59 The staff we encountered were friendly The hotel was clean The rooms were clean The common area had water, coffee & tea There's a restaurant on site The rooms were modern and had nice toiletries THE UGLY It was extremely difficult to get into the parking lot The extra amenities they talk about on line close very early. The vending was extremely expensive. The building is noisy The mattress was horrid and felt like I slept on the floor. So the story. We always like to find interesting places to stay. This popped up and was super affordable. We looked at the amenities and saw that Spooky Nook (attached you the hotel) had an arcade, there were climbing walls etc. Getting into the parking was a nightmare. Upon check in we drop our bags and think we will check out spooky nook. EVERYTHING IS CLOSED Like the stuff someone would wanna do, video games etc. Would we stay again? That's a definite NO. The beds were horrible.

So big and spacious for the kids to play. Majority of the staff we came in contact with also very polite and helpful. The beds were so comfortable as well. Also very clean, there were a few noticeable cracks and scrapes in the hallways and room but nothing crazy. Breakfast staff was very helpful and was constantly refilling and cleaning the space. Wished they kept the pork items separate from the non pork products in the hot food section. Always assumed Comfort Suites was a hotel with questionable quality however This place has changed my option completely and will probably be more confident booking at other Comfort franchises.

We chose one room with 2queen beds and one with 2 queen beds and a futon. Pros: The staff was very courteous. The rooms are specious. Ample parking Free WiFi that worked well Decent breakfast included. The pool was excellent for children. Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. The futon was like a cement slab. While the hotel was a newer construction, the luggage carts, fixtures, vending machines, and fitness equipment were older and damaged. The common bathrooms very obviously did NOT get cleaned during our two night stay. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am both mornings despite having the "do not disturb" sign displayed. Fitness center left much to be desired. I'm giving a 3/5 because I feel like we got what we paid for. There aren't many hotels in the area and frankly, I've stayed at far worse. I will warn that if you are looking at this hotel has been walking distance to the Renaissance fair, you cannot walk across the yard to the Renaissance fair gates, as it looks like on Google Maps. There is highway 76 separating the two. You'd have to walk along Lebanon rd, which is very high traffic. It did take us less than 5min from the time we got in the car at the hotel until we were parked at the fair.

We stayed in the Courtney Room which was on the second floor. It was a small room but it was perfect for us! It was right off a shared living room but lucky for us, no one was in that room! The B&B was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We ended up walking to dinner and then did a mini-pub crawl! When we arrived "home" later in the evening, there were some fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us! We really enjoyed them and even took some up to the room for later! The next morning we woke to find coffee in the living room at 7am. The coffee from Whiff Roasters was to die for! Breakfast was served later in the dining room and it was delicious! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the Lititz House Bed & Breakfast!!

There's nothing that annoys me more than B&B operators who feel they have to be so nice and helpful that they smother you. The Lititz House wasn't like this at all. John and Heidi, the owners, made us feel like we were visiting friends, but were very professional and competent at the same time. Not an easy trick to pull off. The rooms were cozy, with bathrooms for all. Keeping in mind this is a 100 year old house, the retrofitting is mostly seamless. A couple of the bathrooms were on the small side, but no smaller than your own house. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee and juices are a standout. (I know that sounds silly, but they were fantastic)

Stayed here for a long birthday weekend from VA. It is a…read morevery clean & small hotel with 5 floors & plenty of parking. The larger studio with 2 Queen Beds & pull out sofa is very spacious with 4 adults but can accommodate 5. There is a partitioned room /work space from the sleeping area, but no door. There are also two TVs. The other tv is located in the work space/separate sitting area with a pull out sofa, coffee table, & a pull out work table & office chair. There are numerous outlets, however some of the sockets were "loose" the plugs wouldn't stay secure in the outlet. But fortunately we remedied this by using other available outlets near the floor lamps. I was relieved when my friend & I pulled out the sofa bed, because sometimes you never know what kind of "surprise" you might find. The sofa bed was really clean & looked relatively new. My friend reported that the bed was a bit stiff but was fine. The AC unit worked like a charm! I do like the full sized shampoo/conditioner & body wash. It's very convenient. A hair dryer is provided for convenience. I do make it a point to search for hotels with a microwave & mini fridge. It's super helpful for road trips for your bottled water or beverages to keep cold & store leftovers. Water pressure was good, as well as the temperature. The only thing that was disappointing was the every other day housekeeping. Although this is mentioned in their website. Breakfast was fairly extensive, with a mixture of cold & hot items such as make your own waffles with options of bottled toppings aside from syrup, toast, bagels, yogurt, cold cereal, oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, jams, jellies, & three hot items that would vary on occasion of a frittata, or an omelette, and a type of sausage, either pork or turkey varying on the day. There were friendly employees tending the breakfast area with a smile, ensuring the areas stayed clean & items were replenished & for assistance if needed. Juices & milk were available. While the tea & coffee were at a separate area in the dining area. While it became busy, there was still plenty of seating & no back ups with obtaining food. Sometimes, I wonder exactly what people are looking for when it comes to "complementary" breakfast, when they refer to the breakfast as being garbage or inedible. Clearly you're not going to have eggs Benedict or avocado toast & customized smoothies. If a hotel provides numerous options that also include hot items, I get pretty excited. Haha, it's when it's a continental breakfast that consists of JUST bananas, apple or a bagel & yogurt or a thrown in granola bar is when the disappointment arrives for me. Honestly, it's a nice convenience to have breakfast included so you don't start your day off hangry or trying to figure out where you're going for breakfast. It saves time, & it essentially saves money. It definitely is close to Chocolate World, Hershey Park & a 5 minutes drive from The Hershey Story, Chocolate Avenue Grill & Au Bon Lieu! Roughly a 45 minute drive to Strasburg RR, and a 35 minute drive to Turkey Hill Experience. There is a CVS within walking distance down the block, and an Exxon a block away on the other side of the hotel. The post office across the street is an Annex, so if you need to mail something off, there is a post office near the Hershey Story Museum, behind the Starbucks area. Although places are within walking distance, the streets are not ,that lead to the restaurants. There is no sidewalk until you reach a far way down. Overall, this is a good choice for a hotel if you want to be "centrally" located to Lancaster & other activities outside Downtown Hershey. It's in an unassuming area that seems out of place, but it's convenient, clean, spacious, includes breakfast, parking is included, has a microwave & mini fridge so it ticks off all the boxes for me. Plus the staff were kind & friendly & the hotel looked fresh & beautiful. The indoor pool is small & only 4 feet deep I believe, so if a pool is a deal breaker, this might be a no go for you. Ps if you want a surface to eat on because you don't feel like dining out & you order take away, you can roll that office table between the two beds & use it as a dining table.

Just finished a six night stay…read more We stayed in large room. It had two queens and a pullout. There was a desk area. Also had a small microwave and small fridge. The room felt dark-with decor in particular. Breakfast every morning. Had your typical breakfast- waffle maker waffles, cereal, bagels, eggs, a breakfast meat, yogurt, fruit, juices. They also had coffee that was out 24/7. Has a small indoor pool and a nice exercise room. Hershey Park during summer months have concerts that you can hear from the sound from your room. So if you go to bed early this may be an important factor. Rooms didn't really have a refresh. I was lucky if trash was taken out and we got new towels without asking. Not a bed made once. I miss those days of coming back to a nicely made bed. I guess those days are long gone? Also, the week we were there lots of kids which were running around the lobby like it was a playground. Overall my stay was okay. I might book here again if I was in the area but I would also consider a different spot as well.
