Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and drip coffee.
    Robyn W.

I was in town for drum corps, and stopped by this cute coffee shop for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. Their drip coffee was not my favorite - it was very bitter. The sandwich was good, though the texture suggested it had been reheated in the microwave. Overall, it is a solid place and I would try it again if I was in town, but I can't rave about it.

Decent to come here! Lots of options and something for everyone! Coffee was good and the bagel sandwich did not disappoint. They are opening another location, which will help with some of the crowdedness!

Hopefully my last coffee on the way to chemo, with my youngest daughter. Update; I found this in my drafts, so thought to finish. On my turns to accompany her to chemo, we stopped in each morning for coffee and often a pastry or a breakfast sandwich to enjoy while she got the treatment. It was a help to us to have a nice part of normal life to brighten the day in a difficult time. We appreciate the Warehouse 4 .

Delicious gluten free treats! I love the chocolate chip banana loaves and peanut butter cookies The lattes are also amazing- my favorite is a macadamia nut milk decaf latte with brown sugar! It's also super cute inside (can be very busy with limited seating though). Plan for a little extra time when going in the drive thru but quality takes time! So worth it!

I really make the effort to try new (to me) places when I am in a part of town that I don't visit as much. I am very glad that I stopped here while running errands. Nice, clean, modern-styling coffee house with super friendly folks behind the counter. Enjoyed it so much that I stayed and logged into a couple of meetings using their WiFi (and bought a second drink). I'll be back again.

The places is great open space. Come early for a place to sit down. Service was great quick and easy! The scone was delicious and coffee is great and strong! The matcha was not sweeten ( fyi ask if you want it sweet). It's all great!

Love this coffee house! It has great prices. The breakfast sandwiches & avocado toast are my favorite there. They also have fresh items in the bakery that are yummy

I left a review about a year ago and I thought I should come back and leave an updated one. Went here a few mornings ago to get some studying done and I got a hot sugar-free vanilla latte and some type of ham breakfast sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious. The latte specifically was unlike anything I've had before. The texture was just perfect and it was foamy and creamy and just out of this world. The taste was exceptional! I'm normally not a hot latte girlie but Warehouse 4 may have just changed me for the better...

Was looking for a cute coffee shop w food over the thanksgiving holiday while my college kids were home and someone mentioned Warehouse 4. We were so impressed with the food - super yummy! My London fog was heavenly and the cold brew was strong Service was quick and efficient. We will definitely be back!

Good experience! Service was quick and kind. Was able to find a table, though seating is limited inside. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich and hazelnut oat milk latte were great! Husband got the chipotle bacon sandwich and liked it as well, though that sandwich's filling was a bit sparse.

Its interior is super cute with a diner type atmosphere and a full bar no less!? We walk in and adhere to the signage that states to wait for hostess for seating... so we wait. and wait.. and wait some more where a nice lady comes out of the kitchen and realizes we are standing there. I was borderline becoming impatient and was about to leave. So we get seated. Check out the menu where it all sounds good. I love the premise where they seem to admitting they steal recipes from other stores around the country and recreate them here and that's how they became 'All the Best'. So I ordered half Rueben with pastrami and corned beef, a side of matzo ball soup. The lovely Mrs ordered 1/2 hot brisket sandwich and chicken noodle soup. No clue how long it took from ordering to being at our table but it was a bit of time. The sandwiches are okay. The bread on both sandwiches was way too hard to enjoy the actual sandwiches as a whole. Not a lot of meat. The soups... in a perfect world, your soup would be piping hot. Ours were actually unusually cold? Like they were straight out of the fridge and somebody forgot to microwave them to warm the up? I had never had matzo ball soup so I had to google if it was served cold like gazpacho or vichyssoise. So... for $40 with tip this was a bit egregious for me but hey... we finally tried it.

Order was delivered really fast and items were packaged carefully in a brown paper bag. Some white paper napkins came with the order, a pickle wedge wrapped in a plastic bag, and a small container of what looked like thousand island dressing sauce (presumably for the cheeseburger). The American Cheeseburger is two all beef patties, with American cheese, lettuce, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, and some sliced pickles. Presentation was really good. The burgers were fried well done! The American Cheeseburger tasted very good! It was a little crispy along the edges. The pickles tasted a bit spicy. It's a really good burger and the price was reasonable. The Street Fries came in a paper cup and were well seasoned and fried perfectly. I used the container of thousand island sauce for the Street Fries since American cheeseburger already had enough condiments on it. The thousand island sauce is a little spicy but not too bad. I give Dayton Street Eats five stars. Delivery was prompt, food was fresh and really good, and the price seems fair considering similar fare at more mainstream establishments would probably be more expensive but with no greater quality. Highly recommended and I would patronize again!

The order arrived fairly quick and was in a styrofoam container placed in a plastic bag. There is a lot of ham on this sandwich and the fries were plentiful! I really enjoyed the sandwich. The ham slices were tender and the bread was lightly buttered. I didn't see an option to add mayonnaise or I would have. I felt the sandwich was a little dry. I also barely tasted the provolone cheese. It's there but sliced really thin. The fries were good, and there were a lot of them. They weren't too oily but not exactly crispy either. I think the meal was a good value. I just wish they would have had an option to add condiments. There were some napkins with the order but no condiments. I would like to try some of their other food options and I do recommend.

Recently, I was finally able to give it a try! They have quite the selection of cheesesteaks -- more kinds than I knew existed. Cuban, Buffalo, Greek and Italian styles just to name a few. I ended up going with the namesake, STS Chicken Philly (STS for Steak Thyme Subs), which comes with mushrooms, onions, peppers, STS sauce and fries on top. I requested the fries to come on the side instead of on top of the sandwich, which worked out nicely as then I didn't have to order a side. They offer 6 inch or 12 inch subs. I went with a 12 inch, and was surprised to see when it came out that it was actually just two 6 inch sandwiches. This worked out great, because I only ended up eating half and was able to take the entire second 6 inch sandwich home for leftovers. Overall, the cheesesteak was delicious and the leftovers heated up really well. The STS sauce is kind of a mix between thousand island and chipotle mayo. Interesting, but good. The inside is rather spacious, but we noticed most people got food to-go. Service was obnoxiously good -- I say obnoxious because it was almost to the point of hovering, if that makes sense. But overall, the food was good and they have such a variety that you could try something different each time.
