I couldn't get them to give me a proper estimate quote for over a week. Finally, the customer service representative Stephanie hand wrote something out. She marked things off as done, which were not done I never received a phone call in a timely manner from them. Only received emails in the late afternoon hours. It came back and said they had additional recommendations to do for work front and rear shocks and rear brakes pads and rotors when I asked to see visual aids of these things they couldn't have been bothered to actually take a picture in a video to show me what was going on After 7+ days I went to go pick the vehicle up. It wasn't even in walking distance and I'm looking around and I said the not out here and they're like oh it's in the back you have to go walk and get it yourself and I've been going to wear him for basic maintenance for 10 years. Not mention, I am the definition of a one man band at work so leaving my place of business to go pick up and drop off a vehicle. I have to move to do so. I can't even get them to give me a loaner car to get.

Hands down the worst experience purchasing a vehicle that I've ever had. They really didn't have…read moretheir act together at all, and were not honest with us. We purchased a car from these folks in October and it is STILL not inspected 2 months later because of all the incompetence and various mechanical issues. TLDR: They sold us a broken car (that they pretended to fix twice) without all the right paperwork to register it, refused to pay for repairs, which have now cost us over $1400, and the car still won't pass inspection. - First trip out (45 mins each way!) the car stalled on my husband while he was test driving it. - We came back to test drive it again after they said they fixed it, it stalled again AND the check engine light came on. Wasted 3 hours of our lives. - THIRD test drive it drove fine so we bought it and they delivered it. - Sent a runner to have it registered and they were unable to do so because the dealership hadn't provided the proper paperwork - it was a repo and we needed a special certificate, which as a dealer, they should have known. So, they sold us a car without the means to register it. Really bad news. Took over a week to get the paperwork while we were paying insurance on an unregistered car that we couldn't drive. - While driving it for the first time after it was delivered, the check engine light came on. Our mechanic said there was no indication anyone had even *tried* to repair the issues that he found, which included: valve adjustment ($500), evaporation canister and valve ($900). It also needed an oil change. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE OIL. - Took it to get inspected after paying our registration runner twice because of the dealer's error, and dropping $1,400 to fix it and IT DIDN'T PASS INSPECTION because the tail lights and license plate light wiring keep blowing their fuses. Electrical problems. Fun. - All along the dealer refused to take responsibility for the repairs, suggested that they would fix it for us (as if we would trust them to do that after they basically just reset the check engine light twice) and then finally offered to take the car back (after it had already been registered, what a headache that would have been), and saying that was sufficient to meet their legal obligations. As if that would make us whole for all the time, energy, and effort we spent. Great customer service there. Also, it's not a fancy car, but it is hard to find, and we didn't want to return it, we just wanted it to work properly! We had the worst experience and we're still dealing with it. Really, really terrible.

When ordering I even asked the rep if the motor was working and she said yes. Once I ordered, I never received any timeline as far as when it'll be ready for pickup. I called to get an estimate and was told that it should be ready in a few hours but someone will call me to confirm. I waited all day with no one contacting me. I called the next morning and was told that it was ready for pickup. Mind you it's about a 42 minute drive to Wareham from my house. Once I arrived I got the receipt and went down to the shop for my order. The guy there brought out a manual sliding glass. Immediately I told him this isn't what I ordered and he basically told me to go talk to someone upstairs and complain there. I went back upstairs and was told that they sold me an incorrectly inventoried part and that they never actually had a power sliding glass. They did provide a refund but basically said sorry there's nothing else we can do. I gave this place a shot despite the existing bad reviews and had a pretty bad experience. If you live nearby, might be worth checking out but if you have to drive 30+ min, I wouldn't bother in the likelihood you get screwed. Look for alternatives, if possible.
