I couldn't get them to give me a proper estimate quote for over a week. Finally, the customer service representative Stephanie hand wrote something out. She marked things off as done, which were not done I never received a phone call in a timely manner from them. Only received emails in the late afternoon hours. It came back and said they had additional recommendations to do for work front and rear shocks and rear brakes pads and rotors when I asked to see visual aids of these things they couldn't have been bothered to actually take a picture in a video to show me what was going on After 7+ days I went to go pick the vehicle up. It wasn't even in walking distance and I'm looking around and I said the not out here and they're like oh it's in the back you have to go walk and get it yourself and I've been going to wear him for basic maintenance for 10 years. Not mention, I am the definition of a one man band at work so leaving my place of business to go pick up and drop off a vehicle. I have to move to do so. I can't even get them to give me a loaner car to get.

This was the same…read moremake and model vehicle that I have test driven and owned in the past, but this one was by far in the worst shape. The door handle in the back was broken, the NAV system had a theft lock on it, the leather was rough, and the speakers had chunks of the cover missing. It looked like two men had fought on the inside. But the craziest part is, when he told me to put it in drive to move the car up, THE CAR DID NOT DRIVE IN "D." He kept telling me to drive forward. He then said "oh yeah you have to put it in third gear to drive." WHAT? He said it needed a shifter cable. Whatever. He made one of his employees go on the test drive with me which was weird. The white family that came after me was able to take the car by themselves, but another employee said he knew them. Again, whatever. When I get on the test drive, the employee said he did not have time to let me drive on the highway. At this point, I feel like I am being joked with. I disregarded him and went on the highway, where I discovered suspension issues. When I went to negotiate a price, the owner raised his voice. I had to put him in his place by saying his cars don't even drive when in "Drive"." I put a deposit down and said I would take it to a mechanic before purchasing. When I did, it was a disaster. The vehicle would not have passed inspection. Brake light was out, holes in BOTH mufflers, massive oil leak, motor mount missing, sway bars rubbing, and dozens of codes that were erased were recovered on the mechanic's OBD system. When I brought it back to him and asked for my money back, he tried to pretend to give me my refund. I watched him get to the "Complete Refund?" screen but he did not press "YES." He stuttered and said "ok refund complete." I almost lost it. I made him press the button and recorded it. From start to finish, this was a complete mess. The owner is a stereotypical cheapskate used car salesman. He buys beat-up vehicles from the auction, does not choose to have them looked at, and then has his "brother in law" in Woburn make less-than-minimal repairs with junkyard parts. That's cool if you are selling dirt cheap, but he is marking up the vehicles THAT WON'T PASS INSPECTION ABOVE Kelly Blue Book and Cargurus IMV values. He wears Walmart brand sneakers, pretends to refund you, and tries to block you from taking the car to the mechanic or on the highway. After I told him the vehicle would not pass inspection, he raised the price online $1,000. Let my photos do the talking and STAY AWAY.

I was able to find just the part I wanted, but couldn't tell entirely if it was the right color/fit from the photos available on Robertson's website. So I called, and discovered that there was no problem coming down, going into the yard (just need to be sure you're wearing closed-toe shoes), identifying the part and then pulling it with my own tools. The staff helped me bring it back out of the yard. I don't think that Robertson's is usually a U-Pull yard, but the point is that if you call them and are reasonable I think they'll work hard to help you out. Just what I'd expect from any service-oriented family business. Finally, I'll just add that they have A LOT more inventory than what's posted on the website. This is a huge place. And to respond to the other reviewer who's complaining about the lack of weekend hours...well, I've found that most salvage yards and old-school businesses like this are not open on weekends. That may be a bummer, but it's the industry norm, so I wouldn't take it out on this place in particular.

When ordering I even asked the rep if the motor was working and she said yes. Once I ordered, I never received any timeline as far as when it'll be ready for pickup. I called to get an estimate and was told that it should be ready in a few hours but someone will call me to confirm. I waited all day with no one contacting me. I called the next morning and was told that it was ready for pickup. Mind you it's about a 42 minute drive to Wareham from my house. Once I arrived I got the receipt and went down to the shop for my order. The guy there brought out a manual sliding glass. Immediately I told him this isn't what I ordered and he basically told me to go talk to someone upstairs and complain there. I went back upstairs and was told that they sold me an incorrectly inventoried part and that they never actually had a power sliding glass. They did provide a refund but basically said sorry there's nothing else we can do. I gave this place a shot despite the existing bad reviews and had a pretty bad experience. If you live nearby, might be worth checking out but if you have to drive 30+ min, I wouldn't bother in the likelihood you get screwed. Look for alternatives, if possible.

Hello, I'm writing…read morethis note to thank and make you aware of a skilled,well-organized service advisor with excellent interpersonal skills. Her name is Karoline Quiterio. My wife and I drive two Subarus, a '24 Solterra and a '19 Outback so we've worked with Karoline on several occasions. She's always been pleasant and very efficient. Yesterday, while working with a different advisor I witnessed her patient, problem solving approach with a woman who was very adamant about not wanting to spend extra money on a recommended repair. Karoline explained the reasoning behind the repair and handled a difficult conversation beautifully. Last year I had a problem with the passenger side window on our Outback. Previously I had taken it in to service for some attention but had to return it because the fix didn't last. I talked to Karoline about it and she asked if I would be okay with her looking at it. I agreed and she went out and fixed the problem for me. I was impressed that she would go out of her way to do that for me. At any rate, I thought you should know. She gets my Hats Off Award for her efforts and skills! Sincerely, Dr. Ron Larrivée

I bought a 2018 Rav 4 limited that had just been traded in. Car was immaculate with low mileage. After I bought it they notified me they were putting 4 new tires on and front and rear brake pad before handling it over. I thought the existing tires looked good and never noticed the brakes needing anything. They could have easily gotten away without doing this and I would have not known. Overall I had a great experience and this is the very first positive experience I've ever written about a car dealership. I honestly think 90% of the car dealerships out there are crooked and I've bought a lot of cars over the years. But this one was excellent. Thanks Jacob.
