RUN. I went to test drive a vehicle and when I get there, the owner met me. This was the same make and model vehicle that I have test driven and owned in the past, but this one was by far in the worst shape. The door handle in the back was broken, the NAV system had a theft lock on it, the leather was rough, and the speakers had chunks of the cover missing. It looked like two men had fought on the inside. But the craziest part is, when he told me to put it in drive to move the car up, THE CAR DID NOT DRIVE IN "D." He kept telling me to drive forward. He then said "oh yeah you have to put it in third gear to drive." WHAT? He said it needed a shifter cable. Whatever. He made one of his employees go on the test drive with me which was weird. The white family that came after me was able to take the car by themselves, but another employee said he knew them. Again, whatever. When I get on the test drive, the employee said he did not have time to let me drive on the highway. At this point, I feel like I am being joked with. I disregarded him and went on the highway, where I discovered suspension issues. When I went to negotiate a price, the owner raised his voice. I had to put him in his place by saying his cars don't even drive when in "Drive"." I put a deposit down and said I would take it to a mechanic before purchasing. When I did, it was a disaster. The vehicle would not have passed inspection. Brake light was out, holes in BOTH mufflers, massive oil leak, motor mount missing, sway bars rubbing, and dozens of codes that were erased were recovered on the mechanic's OBD system. When I brought it back to him and asked for my money back, he tried to pretend to give me my refund. I watched him get to the "Complete Refund?" screen but he did not press "YES." He stuttered and said "ok refund complete." I almost lost it. I made him press the button and recorded it. From start to finish, this was a complete mess. The owner is a stereotypical cheapskate used car salesman. He buys beat-up vehicles from the auction, does not choose to have them looked at, and then has his "brother in law" in Woburn make less-than-minimal repairs with junkyard parts. That's cool if you are selling dirt cheap, but he is marking up the vehicles THAT WON'T PASS INSPECTION ABOVE Kelly Blue Book and Cargurus IMV values. He wears Walmart brand sneakers, pretends to refund you, and tries to block you from taking the car to the mechanic or on the highway. This place is everyone's exact nightmare scammy snake-oil peddling used car dealership. Unfortunately, as a young first tine car buyer, I had already given them a down payment before I could run away. First of all, no one wears a mask inside or outside and the building is clearly not clean. I did not feel safe inside of the building. I bought a Toyota Tacoma and AFTER I left a down payment the dealer informed me that he told me the wrong price, and the car was actually $1000 more than he said. To make up for this, I was promised a 2 year engine and transmission warranty. They gave me and info brochure, and this is really the major reason I went ahead with the purchase. It took 10 days from making a down payment for the salesman to finalize the financing and even the finance associate said he did a bad job communicating with them. When I asked for information on the warranty multiple times I got no where. Now, they will not answer my calls. I never got the warranty I was promised. They will do everything in their power to trick and deceive you. In hindsight I was taken advantage of as the salesman knew I am a hound first time car buyer. My truck has issues. Dashboard lights don't work, rust, strange noises. By the time I realized I was screwed I had signed contracts and it was too late. Don't make my mistakes. read more

Bought a Toyota 4Runner from them less than 2 weeks ago. Was told they were going to detail the car, service it, and get it an inspection sticker and replace the cracked windshield. Left the car on E when I went to go pick it up. Disgusting inside with dirt and coffee stains. Suggested insurance fraud since they did not want to pay for the windshield. Drove it for one week and the car was leaking power steering fluid along with needing new brake rotors. Called multiple times but never would pick up the phone to do the services that were paid for. Finally dropped the car off again overnight to get an inspection sticker and they still did not do that, the car just sat. DO NOT GO HERE. *BEWARE--UPDATE* Got a second opinion on car issues: needs timing belt, brakes/rotors & tires. (Should not have passed safety inspection) but the owner, Afif at U First Auto Sales LlcU, had me take it to one of his friends for a sticker. The same mechanic I mentioned below that claimed there was nothing wrong with my car, that it was "repaired" by him, etc. ( see below) WARNING: Dealership agreed to get all repairs done. Told me it would take 2-3 days and they would give me a loaner. Dropped my car off Monday morning. Called Wednesday and was told it was going to take a WEEK. So 8 days with this beat up loaner leaking ac on my feet, etc. On my way home from work last night at 1am I was pulled over for having no inspection sticker and front plate on the loaner. Come to find out---THEY ATTACHED PLATES FROM MY CAR and told me they were dealer plates!!!! Not only could I have been arrested had I not shown state police all the texts and proof this car was a loaner, but the car was TOWED, I had to get a ride from the side of the highway at 1am, and I received A CITATION and will be SUMMONED TO COURT for attaching plates because I was operating the vehicle!!!! I called the owner, Afif while the cop was present. He lied to me and told me it was legal and that I should have "gotten the paperwork"...I was NEVER offered any paperwork. But when the statie called him (on camera) he said "I had no idea this was attaching plates" and blamed it on his salesman Scott! When I finally got home I called the dealership owner Afif who told me "Jenny, you made a mistake. You should have told them you were test driving that car because you were deciding on which car to purchase."!!!! AKA He told me to LIE to the cops! Which he now denies but I had him on speakerphone. I asked him how I can get MY PLATE back from the loaner car that is now impounded--and he told me to "figure it out" and that I was "putting too much pressure on him"!!!! I asked him to get me a rental or another loaner with LEGAL plates and offered to help find one. He told me he would give me $50 a day. The cheapest rental is $155 per day with $300 deposit! I called EVERYWHERE ALL MORNING! I forwarded the rental contract to him and his response was "I am not paying that. I told you $50 per day as a favor to you. I'm done." Now I have NO CAR AT ALL. He claims my car will be done on Tuesday night. I needed to pick up my registration from my car at the mechanic (same mechanic he sent me the first 2 times for the same issue) so that I can get my plate out of impound!!! When I got to the Fairhaven Getty (his mechanic), my car HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED AT ALL!!!! Not a single repair and tomorrow makes ONE WEEK I dropped it off to him. I have no way to work. No car. Need to get the police report and bring it to an attorney. I told the owner this and he has not responded. Refused to get me any vehicle-- or even help me get my plate back, NOTHING AT ALL! This is my driving record! I will be summoned to court. If you made it this far---please STAY AWAY FROM UFIRST AUTO SALES!!!!! Also, if anyone knows of anything else I can do to make this situation any better, please reach out to me! I have already filed with the BBB and spoke with Wareham PD and one attorney. I am devastated. Turning 40 this week and who knows how or if I will get my new $11k car back after EIGHT days without it and ALL OF THIS INSANITY!!! Chased dealer around for 3 weeks to fix. (Texts/photos/videos dropped off list 2x--proof)Constant lies. Owner sent me to his friend/mechanic. Twice. Car came back worse. Still having same issues. They approved getting second opinion-then retraced tried sending me back to his crooked (sexually harassing) mechanic. (Told me to get a warranty that "car is going to have huge issues"!!!). I asked for a warranty from day one- begged! Never saw a single piece of paper or was offered any warranty until now! (Have proof) Attorney advised me to go ahead & get 2nd opinion. Would give zero stars if I could. These people are SCAMMERS. Friend bought a used car from here and upon inspection seemed fine. Until realizing it had a cracked windshield: whoever sold the car suggested insurance fraud as they didn't want to pay to have it fixed themselves. A day later, realized they left little oil in the car. A week later, the power steering fluid hose broke 300 miles from home. And the day my friend left the lot, they realized that the place had left them with only 15 miles to E. Last place I would ever recommend buying a car.
