I was a little disappointed in the pet section as I thought it would be way better & bigger than what it was! I'm sure they have more things & I've looked around here n there, cute store but didn't have much of what I needed or heard they had here in the first place. Also, the self check out lol why have 3-5 attendants standing around the area talking amongst themselves yet no one checking people out cause it's all self service? lol a little strange & somewhat annoying. Especially cause I wanted to ask someone if they had more to the section I was missing but couldn't find anyone on the floor. Welp now I know they all "hang" out at the front registers not registering LOL

I believe working with her will save me money and headaches when finding something to wear for work and events. First, Sophie showed me how to put things that I already have together, so I don't waste money buying new things when I could mix and match what I already own. Second, she gave me advice to figure out which pieces are flattering and which pieces are not. Getting all the junk out of my closet helped me to see that I have a lot of things I like. I think it can often feel like there's nothing to wear when you can't see the good pieces through the stuff you don't like to wear. When we were shopping, Sophie got a sense of my style right away, and she didn't impose a different style on me. She made recommendations about which pieces I would use more often--what was worth the money. Shopping with her saved me time, because she can quickly spot what's good and what's not in a big rack of clothes, and she knows which brands run small or big--which means fewer things to try on. Finally, Sophie has a really nice and professional demeanor. Thanks, Sophie!

I'm so happy I was finally able to book a Color Analysis with Karen!! She's incredibly…read moreknowledgeable, is literally the sweetest, and her bubbly personality made me feel so welcomed!! She started by walking me through the color theories behind each of the four seasonal palettes, with fabrics grouped by tones and shades. She also presented Powerpoint slides breaking down the colors, makeup, hair, fashion, and accessories styling for each season. She even showed me collages of celebrities for each one, so that I could get a better visualization of real-life examples. I was honestly shocked because I had no idea that each palette came with its own whole styling approach. I've been mixing and matching this entire time! Then came the fabric draping, and WOWW!! She has such a good eye and really pays attention to the little details!! At first, I was only reacting to whether I liked a color, but she explained to me what she was looking for: the tones/shades that brighten my face AND create harmony with my features as a whole. She even analyzed the makeup I already use and looked through photos of my outfits to advise me what to keep, add, or replace. Everything felt so personalized. I had gotten my lip blush done a couple years back, so my lips already have a tint. My seasonal palette lipstick colors were not showing up as the true colors on them. Karen immediately pivoted and found shades within my undertone range that suited me even better. I love that she's so patient as I was learning everything: she broke things down whenever I got confused and even quizzed me so I would be able to recognize the right tones on my own when shopping. After the appointment, she sent me a full recap AND direct links to shop for the specific lipstick shades that matched my lip blush better. She really goes the extra mile for her clients!! You're not just getting a color analysis, you're also getting a personal stylist!!! The biggest thing for me was that I've always thought I was a silver girlie. It turns out silver actually makes me look tired, emphasizes my smile lines and undereyes, and washes me out!! I was a gold girlie all along!! If you want a glow up, Karen is THE person to see!! There's a reason why she gets booked up so fast!! I can't recommend her enough!!

She starts the session doing a mini presentation, which breaks down color theory, the four seasons, and styling guides for each season. There are also informational handouts provided as well, which is so helpful if this is new information for you (like me)! The next part is the color analysis and Karen provides a phone mount, so you can record yourself during the process. This is especially supportive if you want to go back to review your season's colors. Then she goes into complementary hair colors, glasses frames, and eyebrow shape! The last part of the session goes over your season and makeup products she recommends. During this process, she sends an Amazon link, which organizes makeup products by season, and additional styling guides. As someone who is wanting to be intentional about what makeup and clothes I purchase, I highly recommend Karen's services ‍

It's so easy to default to "jeans and a tee shirt" in LA, but I just knew I could present myself better. I finally decided it was time to work with a stylist, and I'm SO glad I found Jillian! She helped me identify the colors and silhouettes that complement my body type and coloring, and gently explained which pieces weren't doing me favors and why. We uncovered so many great items already in my closet that I didn't have the confidence to wear or didn't know how to style cohesively, and she transformed them into some truly killer outfits. We also set aside pieces that needed tailoring, and she provided a thoughtful list of items to purchase to round out my wardrobe (I was definitely due for a refresh). I was able to painlessly let go of a ton of outdated pieces, and I honestly can't believe everything fits in my closet now! Within a week, I was already getting compliments from my fashion coworkers, which feels like the highest praise. I feel like a more professional, confident, elevated yet authentic version of myself. Jillian is incredibly sweet, fun, and intuitive; the FIVE HOURS we spent together absolutely flew by. I'm already looking forward to a refresh with her when the seasons change!

I didn't feel fancy enough, or like I had the kind of life that justified it. But I had hit a point where I knew my style didn't reflect the confident person I was becoming, and I wasn't dressing in a way that felt like me anymore. From the very first phone call with Jillian, I felt completely at ease. She just got it. She met me where I was, reassured me that feeling unsure was totally normal, and made it clear this was something she genuinely enjoys and is amazing at. I went into the closet edit expecting a total overhaul, maybe even having to get rid of half my clothes. But instead, Jillian helped me see new possibilities in what I already had. She showed me how to put things together in a way that actually felt like me and made sense for my everyday life. It wasn't about trends or starting from scratch. It was about helping me feel more like myself when I get dressed. Because that experience was so positive, I decided to work with her again for two really special events: my engagement party and courthouse wedding. Once again, she completely blew me away. She brought a thoughtful and beautiful selection of pieces in a range of sizes, and laid everything out in a way that made trying things on actually fun. I felt like royalty. I kept looking at myself in the mirror saying, "Who is she?" and "I don't know her, but I like her!" Jillian helped me feel more confident and connected to how I want to show up in the world. Everything she found was actually affordable and practical for my lifestyle. I'm so grateful I found her and I absolutely plan to work with her again.

The whole process was also so, so easy. Carolyn brought a whole bunch of clothes, I had fun trying things on, and then she came back one last time with different sizes and some tailored clothes. I really appreciated that she understands fit -- when it came to something fitting well, that was a non-negotiable, and I learned a lot from Carolyn. The digital wardrobe was an interesting concept, but I did not find it particularly useful in practice. Most of the items I purchased were ultimately returned or sold. There were also purchases I did not feel I had approved, and when I attempted to address these concerns, I did not receive a meaningful response. Because my concerns remained unresolved and not responded to (I had given a week), I cancelled our final meeting as it's awkward having someone ignore you then come to your home. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the working relationship. The fashion suggestions were very basic ie "where a cardigan with a dress" and not what would expect from a stylist, more like something at the mall. This review reflects my personal experience as a paying client. Based on that experience, I would not work with this stylist again.
