Most recently Ray pulled a new circuit for an electric fireplace, relocated an outlet and installed surge suppression at my main panel. It was a challenging install as the majority of the basement ceiling was previously finished. Ray quickly assessed the situation and was able to identify a route and complete the work (By himself) in record time. Immediately following the work at my home Brad teamed up with Ray to install 2 new circuits and surge suppression at my daughter's home to accommodate recently installed heat tape. Again the challenge at hand was the finished ceilings in the basement. They worked in tandem to quickly get cable from the main panel to the far corners of the home and install GFI receptacles outside. I can't say enough good about Webb Electric. He offered a solution that would require moving a low used circuit on to another one to free up a slot for the double slot 50 Amp breaker. He suggested a certain type of charger that they install frequently. I was able to find a different brand that would work for Consumers Energy rebate. I got great communication from Flat River with a break down of costs. The unit I bought was cheaper (tons to choose from) Flat River installed the products I purchased for a reasonable fee. Quick and easy install, very clean and professional. Would use them again!

We got bids from several electricians and Doug gave me the best bid of all of them. Very reasonable. Once the work started, there were 2-3 people working on the project and they were all so nice and helpful. For example, I thought I would need 6 cans in my kitchen, they assured me that I just needed 4 with the under cabinet lights and they were completely correct, saving me money. They cleaned up after themselves (something I wasn't expecting) and it went completely smooth. It took them 2 days to complete. I would also like to note that I had electricians who were telling me that I wasn't able to get my under cabinet lighting and Doug never once told me anything of the sort. I had the impression that they were doing everything possible to make sure I was completely happy 100%, even coming back after the job was done to rewire some of my switches. Further note, I had lost power about a month later, beginning of March (COLD TIME) :/, due to a wind storm. Once we bought a generator, I called Doug to see what it would take to plug in my generator to my house so we could have heat. The initial amount was high due to the location of the electrical box for my house. Too high after spending so much money on adding all of the above lights. I asked him to do everything possible to try to go cheaper. He promptly came over the very next morning with a another solution that made the price half the amount. (We had no power for 4 days and having heat and water was wonderful!) I can't say enough about Doug. He has a great "bedside manner" and extremely helpful.
