The quality of their work is good HOWEVER, after booking two pedicures a week in advance for the same time on 9/3, we arrived and they took my Dad immediately and set me up in a chair next to him. My chair had no water to soak my feet and no technician to work on me. The owner proceeded to work on my father without saying a word and I sat and waited. As it turns out, they made the decision to take a walk in who wanted both a pedicure and a manicure, roughly 5 minutes before we arrived for our scheduled appointments. As it started to dawn on me that my wait would be awhile, I asked for water to soak my feet, at the very least. No one said anything to me that my wait would be extensive or apologized to me for the wait. After 30 minutes I realized that I would not get worked on until my father was done! As it turns out, this was more than an hour!! DO NOT schedule an appointment with this establishment because they will not honor it. Take your chances walking in. This is a terrible business practice and no way to treat repeat customers. Clearly all they value is maximizing profit over customer service. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. BE CAREFUL.

I especially noticed how much attention she paid to the small details and making sure the shape looked right. The whole appointment felt very comfortable and never rushed. I showed her multiple reference photos and after discussing what I liked and didn't like about each, she got to work. First and foremost, Nikki's so funny. We had a great time sharing stories and jokes, she made the whole experience feel so personable. Next, she was so gentle and thorough - my nails feel clean and secure. Finally, her nail art is incredible. Nikki took all of my reference photos and ideas and literally plucked what I wanted from my head and gave me exactly that.
