I needed a massage and booked Wanda since she was nearby. She's in the back room of the exercise studio. The white noise maker covers sound from outside. Wanda checks in with you and pressure and temperature, otherwise there isn't conversing which is a relief during the massage. Wanda is an excellent massage therapist--and I have had many massages with which to compare hers. She is great for addressing specific injuries and areas of extreme tightness or pain, but she's also great for an all-around deep, relaxing massage. Wanda gives the best massage bar none. She is intuitive, insightful and a great listener. So many masseuses give a cookie cutter massage... they usually have a set pattern and do the same thing no matter what you ask. Wanda, however, listens to what you ask for and changes her technique accordingly.
