First: I didn't employ Walt's service; my neighbor used them to clean up their desert landscaping. Two day job and they appeared to work hard. I was waiting for them to finish and I was going to ask them for services on my yard. However, as they were finishing up my neighbors job, they used their leaf blower to blow literally every piece of remaining small debris from my neighbors yard out into the middle of the street and at some place completely across the street into mine and adjoining neighbors yard. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. To Walt's Tree service - you lost this customer before even getting the opportunity to earn the business. Everything was itemized. There was no pressure for me to approve all what was quoted. I called the next day to set up a date/time for the work to be completed. Walts services are just what we need. He and his staff have taken care of our trees for the past 7 years. The quality is much better than prior experiences with other tree services. We have a spanish pepper tree which can be huge and unruly. We were pleasantly surprised how thinned out and open the results were the first time he trimmed it. Neighbor's gardeners asked who trimmed it and said the trim was very good as those pepper tress are hard to look good. From the first contact with the owner, Sandy, to the Foreman Chris, I received nothing but great attitude and work ethic. Not once was there any laziness or rudeness, on top, they also had some of the most aggressive pricing on the market for the job at hand. I had a large, very invasive pepper tree in my front yard and we had just got a new driveway put in and the tree was a pest with all the sprouts and little bits that fell off the tree. Walt's Tree Service came in and not only removed the tree, but brought the entire area down to bare dirt, ready for fresh grass or for a new garden area. 10/10 service, I would not recommend anyone else! Several very tall juniper trees in a very narrow space between two apartment building were completely removed, hauled and the area cleaned up.
