MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THEIR BBB STATUS! Currently a D- but I didnt know that when I called them! I wish I had! I had W.C. Waltman plumbing come out to fix a clog in my kitchen drain. I work offshore and they told me they would be there at 3:30 so I had my wife take off work to meet them since I had to go to work. They arrived at 6:30. Spent about an hour on the work and then told my wife that it is a temporary fix and that they would come back the following day with a quote to do the whole fix. Then they gave her a bill for $374.50! (For one hours work!) She didn't know any better and paid them! I called and left a voicemail asking for an explanation on such an outrageous bill. After two days of no return phone calls I called roto rooter and their estimate for snaking a drain (what was done my W.C. Waltman) was between $99-$150 and could go as high as $200 if it takes 2-3 hours or if they need any special equipment. I called Mr. Waltman again and left yet another message asking for a call back as I don't understand why his charges are almost double that of a competitor and that I have yet to receive an estimate. This weekend I received an email asking for me to refer him to my friends! Funny right! I called again Monday morning and once again, Voicemail. Then I called from my work number and wouldn't you know it, they answered in two rings! Once they realized who I was, they hung up on me. If you want to get ripped off, use W.C. Waltman. read more

Review at bottom no longer valid as Enos was taking over Waltman business but apparently Waltman stepped back in and took over again. Current review for some work I had done on sewage uplink work (from google review I did): I believe they are out of business. Their various phone numbers are all over websites for the MS gulf coast. 228 474-4984 busy tone all day and hangs up. 228 896-8711 busy tone all day and hangs up. 228 388-6811 busy tone all day and hangs up. I went by Waltman's house (3600 Yucca) and didn't appear to be anyone there. Their business warehouse at 3624 Yucca also appeared deserted. I was trying to get repair of new grinder pump (installed by this company 1/19/17). Looks like no PVC glue was applied to one side of union fitting which had a short PCV pipe linking top part of outflow from pump to outflow from pit. Must have pulled out, then new pump ran so long the water in pit got so hot it melted the PVC running up from the pump, so now that it has cooled it is just a big arc inhibiting me from pulling pump and pipe out of pit. Fortunately I heard pump running while getting the paper this morning. May have saved the pump, we'll see. In any case, obviously not satisfied with the job and certainly not happy that they've packed their tents. Hmmm...looks like getting warranty work might be tough. If you google any of the 3 phone numbers, you will see they link to a large number of plumbing related sites all across the coast. Used for first time this morning for leaking toilet base. Enos Treece is apparently taking over this business and he and helpers responded quickly and professionally. Pricing was very fair. I will be using this business to replace a number of bathroom fixtures in the very near future. Recommended. read more

We are in our 3rd week of our plumbing issue not being completed. Two guys came out and only worked 8 1-2 hours in 3 days. Then they fired one guy and only sent the other one to continue digging ditch, etc. They called him on 2 emergency problems and we are still sitting here with a hugh ditch from the house to the road, temporary hooked up so we can use the bathroom, and one of the bathrooms will not go down correctly. We call to see when someone is going to come back out, no one will answer the phone. When anyone has showed up it is about noon. We have grandchildren and pets in our neighborhood. We have ribbon up to keep someone from walking near the ditch, but if a pet falls in it will probably kill them or injure them. The ditch is very deep. It is a muddy mess. My husband is disabled and is worrying himself to death over this thing not being completed. They told us originally it would take 6 hour to complete. What a joke! 3 weeks - come on! The other review is like ours when they tell you they are going to do something, good luck. It may or may not be done and if you call them they won't answer the phone. My next move may be to go to the place of business with a cop as a witness and see why they are ignoring me. read more
