In the plumber's defense, the tenants had not maintained the yard well and the meter... tho obvious to me as I had lived there, wasn't obvious to him. He did find it and continued the work. After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

Doug was an expert and saved me time and money, I thought I might have a tree root issue and needed a camera. He was able to tell by the line that a tree wasn't the problem. I am so relieved that we called them and used their service. I'm a super grateful and now a huge fan of their business and will be using them for an additional running of some water pipes for our house, they were absolutely phenomenal! Thank you so very much!

I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

They offered to come back the next day to run a camera though they said they had a camera on the truck. Our schedule wasn't open for the next day, so they said they would come back Monday after 9am. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because the initial workers seemed on the up and up, but I will definitely recommend calling someone else if anyonE asks

Ryan showed me the wires were fried and took me step by step to ensure I understood the problems. I highly recommend Tuck Air for "electrical" problems to troubleshoot. Ryan suggested to further protect my wires by putting water proof circuit boxes around the toggles. I was hesitant at first when I knew the business is marketed in AC (HVAC) work.
