I asked for the price of my 5 year warranty back and the service manager laughed at me, "we don't give refunds" he said. I said I want to talk to the owner, the service manager Aaron said Lucas would be calling me back, he never did. Working with Tillmans has been horrible and they are not honest or knowledgeable, overpriced and not helpful. Our house is still not cold, and they couldn't help me with what they had already installed, instead they quoted Me another $9,000 to move my ducts around. The sad part is, the Tillmans Farm is near my house, you would think they would want to make it right. Now when I'm out exercising I see their road and all I feel is an overwhelming sick feeling in my stomach that I got scammed by the neighbors.

I used this company to install a water heater.. they were contracted through Home Depot. They…read morescheduled it quite quickly but then the plumber couldn't find the water cutoff. In the plumber's defense, the tenants had not maintained the yard well and the meter... tho obvious to me as I had lived there, wasn't obvious to him. He did find it and continued the work. After the install.. all seemed to be going well. The old water heater was on a crummy, rotting piece of wood and they stuck the new one on top of it. I called to their business three different times on three different days and did get a callback eventually. They have agreed to come out and make things right, which makes me a happier customer. I was concerned, initially, about service after the sale but they have come through to make things good. The communications problem did give me pause but it happens. I have actually contracted with them to do another job for me.

They seemed very nice and professional, working in the cold rain. It was finally determined that we had a broken pipe. They offered to come back the next day to run a camera though they said they had a camera on the truck. Our schedule wasn't open for the next day, so they said they would come back Monday after 9am. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because the initial workers seemed on the up and up, but I will definitely recommend calling someone else if anyonE asks
