Talked to The Gas House and not only were they able to supply us with a 500-gallon tank, but they came out and advise the best place for the tank positioning. They even suggested a self-contained monitor that they read and will come out and fill whenever the tank gets near empty. bob answered all my stupid questions and helped out with the completion of the project. Cannot say enough good things about the service and professionalism that The Gas House extended to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEDNATION!!!

During the coldest time of the year, last January 9 my furnace stopped working. I called my hvac technician, we explored the Furnace and could not find a problem, my propane tank was a little low, but not nearly empty... I had the tank filled up by Amerigas and the service technician left. Still no heat in my home, outside temperatures below zero. my furnace repairman came out again and discovered that the pressure regulator that belong to Amerigas was not working, probably frozen, he hit it and got it flowing! My frustration comes that I later found out that frozen pressure regulator was obsolete, (no longer recommended for use) the Amerigas technician, didn't check it and was content to leave me in the cold. At those temperatures, this could've been life or death. Do not trust this company, they are dangerous in how much they just don't care!

Another nice thing is these folks lock in your price for the season (Ferrellgas does not do that and we ended up being gouged by them during the 2014 winter) and they are very responsive when you call them. Place an order and the truck arrives within a day or two. Hard not to like having a propane supplier that acts like they WANT you as a customer and treats you accordingly. Very refreshing!! The smell was so bad I drove with the windows down in July because AC and closed windows make you gag. And hair mixed with spray made me itch to the point that I couldn't finish my trip. When I brought the truck back completing only 1/3 of my trip, I asked for a manager and what chemicals they use. I was met with attitude. When a day manager agreed to view the dirty cab and at least provide a small refund the sys wouldn't let her so I had to speak with the GM the next day. A wholly dismissive attitude and reluctance to help because according to him, they can't control what's in the seats, including hair and dirt you can see. God forbid you actually wipe it AND I had pics that I submitted before I left saying the truck was dirty. Oh and... another customer called while I was there complaining of a $900 charge on their card, they sent a family member to inquirein person.... the staff refused to speak to the customer because they were not in the store, told the family member, we're busy with other customers and he's not here.
