My husband and I cleaned out the storage unit for my dad, due to his age and no longer living in state. The manager/owner of the unit refuses to give my dad back his security deposit after claiming the unit was not cleaned out properly and finding "debris". (Please note: the "debris" that was found consisted of 5-7 leaves, that were not present after our cleanup). I have time/date stamped pictures that clearly show the unit was cleaned out of all debris. When my sister called to investigate, the owner was rude, irate, refused to return the deposit and hung up on her. What a deplorable way to do business. I think it's sad that my dad spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this business and this was how he was treated. What a great way to do business with senior citizens. You definitely reap what you sow. Thankfully Management was there and gave me a complimentary lock to replace the one that had to get cut off. Even went out of his way to help me unload the trophy cabinet. Much to my benefit and the rest of the people who store their things there, they put in a new working elevator at the front dock It made everything that much easier and took off about 20 minutes of me unloading. It's good to see that this place is is back on track and under New Management.

Deborah, the manager, was incredibly helpful, setting me up with the perfect unit for my needs. On the day we had to move, she went out of her way to be helpful and kind to my husband (who was driving the uhaul) when we ran late and had other things come up. On a stressful, emotional day, she took care of us. And when we moved OUT of storage a month later when my mom went into Assisted Living, she replied with, "I'm always happy when tenants' plans are proceeding as hoped. I feel better about our business here when I know we're helping people move forward!" How nice is that? The facility is super clean, easy to get into, bright, our heated unit was in excellent condition, and I felt the fee was reasonable. But it was the PERSONAL TOUCH that made the experience worth it. Highly recommended.
