Thanks for a thorough, speedy, high-quality body and glass repair, Jack, Dave, and team! They…read moreconsistently exceed expectations. (I'm like a favorite customer now; over the last 5 years, I've brought in my 2008 RAV4 for several bodywork repairs, and Jack even personally repaired (welded) some lawn equipment for me earlier this year.) Thorough I went to Collision Pros in May for a quick estimate after some kids threw a rock denting my hood (and scratching the windshield glass, which I hadn't noticed at first). Their estimate came in just a little lower than the official insurance estimate I got later. Also, they noticed that my front glass was scratched and while not a danger, they recommended replacing it as well, since it could develop cracks after a freeze-thaw cycle. They also said they'd take care of some unrelated rust spots that had developed with age. Speedy Dave had it repaired, repainted, and back to me within a week, matching my paint and installing a higher quality aftermarket windscreen than what I had previously installed after the original glass had developed cracks. High-quality When I got my car back, the paint looked great, the dent and rust were gone, and they had even vacuumed and washed my car inside and out!! So kind!! I'll keep coming back!

On November 29th 2021 I accually was referred to have my new detached bumper painted by the Maaco…read moreshop here in Akron on Waterloo Rd. I paint upfront prior to the bumper being completed and informed the sales associate I would be in within the next 2 weeks to pick it up because I was traveling. He assured me that would be fine. On December 09 2021 I had my husband pick up the prepaid bumper. Initially the associate was rude to him and attempted to have my husband pay a second time for the very disappointing work done on my bumper. He asked the associate why the bumper was not covered or protected by something and the sales associate had no response. When my husband arrived home after dark last night I couldn't believe the terrible workmanship and obviousness of the lack of care to my bumper. I am outraged this morning now that it is light and I can fully see the condition of my bumper. The bumper was covered in filth from the Maaco garage. I had to painstakingly clean all the soot and grime off my bumper and I uncovered a significant amount of scratches. How terrible. I felt like crying. DO NOT HAVE ANY AUTO BODY REPAIRS OR PAINT WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND WILL NOT TAKE THE APPROPRIATE CARE FOR YOUR AUTOMOBILE. I am outraged. I called a sales associate this morning and I asked if the paint a car is it covered in filth and scratches when the owner arrives for pick up? Of course he said no yet that is exactly the condition of my bumper upon pickup. I requested to speak to the manager and have yet to hear a response on how this situation can be rectified. AGAIN, DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP!
