He caught errors in the deed before closing and required the sellers to reissue it before we'd proceed. Jeff handled the closing for the purchase of my new house and the sale of my existing house…read more During the purchase closing, he discovered a major financing error by my lender that resulted in a significant savings for me. And when a title issue showed up during the sale of my existing home, Jeff went the extra mile to uncover the title insurance policy from when I purchased the property almost 20 years ago. This allowed the sale to proceed with no additional cost to me. It's rare that someone makes you feel like they're dropping everything they're doing just for you, but that's exactly what Jeff did. I cannot recommend him enough.

Even when things got stressful, or other parties in the transaction threw unexpected demands his way, Jeff was always very professional, turned work around very promptly, gave us candid and good advice, calmed us down when appropriate, and made himself available for what we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend Jeff - he made our somewhat (ahem) "adventurous" home sale as smooth as possible. We wish we did more frequent real estate transactions so that we could work with Jeff more often!

My wife and I were on the same page about what a prenup meant for us, and why we were doing it, but we needed independent representation for my wife to move forward. Luckily, Pam was recommended to us and did an amazing job representing my wife so that we could move forward with the process. She was kind, informative, and helped to make sure we understood the prenup process, what it covered, and what it didn't in the state of MA. Pam was clearly well informed, incredibly helpful, and brought a human element that can be lacking in these kinds of situations. In the end, Pam was invaluable in terms of making my wife and I feel at ease both for the rigor of legal council she provided and the attitude she brought to her work. Thank you, Pam!

There were a few items I was willing to credit, but I needed a straight answer on what was reasonable. I emailed and left a voicemail. Heard nothing for four days. That's fine, but nobody was watching the file. I felt like I was the one managing the deal. I wouldn't use them again.

Jason is diligent, straight-forward, and very resourceful. One of my transactions involved some unique circumstances, and Jason was able to uncover some important factors that all other attorneys involved missed, and would have been costly to me in the future if he had not discovered it. I'm also impressed by the amount of research that Jason does on his cases, the organization of all documents, and the follow-up long afterward. He called me long after to give me updates on my real estate deal, and a few good tips. Overall, I've worked with other attorneys in the past, but none that have put as much attention to quality work and customer service as Jason.

As a medical resident, it's really hard finding anyone in the real estate world to understand our time constraints, budget constraints, clinical pressures, lack of understanding of real estate, and life goals. I think being married to a physician herself gives her a very unique insight into how to really help busy families like ours that need he guidance and support through an otherwise nebulous process of buying or selling a home. I was surprised at how painless the process of selling was with Jacquelyne. She accommodated our schedules. She educated us. And she went to bat for us with the buyers real estate broker (something our broker should have been doing). Because of Jacquelyne, we can afford our next dream home with our 2 yo son and baby on the way. Happy to provide direct feedback on my experience. Just ask Jacquelyne to connect us. Dr. O

We were first-time home buyers, and as such, had questions to fully understand the (loads!) of paperwork and the process. She didn't have the patience to carefully and thoughtfully answer our questions. I get that she must answer the questions we were asking day in and day out, but it's our first time. Sure she is knowledgeable, but isn't interested in making the client feel comfortable throughout the process - she more so just wants to get the job done. Its a quick, easy buck for her. Her email etiquette isn't that great her - I found hr emails to be rude and you tell her impatient tone in answering our questions. AND, she is isn't interested in negotiating on the client's behalf to make sure they get the best possible deal; instead, she is more interested in how she is going to come off if she asks for something of the seller. None of what we were asking was crazy, but as buyers we wanted the best deal possible. I wouldn't use her again and wouldn't recommend her, unless you have a high tolerance for people being rude and condescending to you.

I worked with one of their lawyers who did an outstanding job. Liss Law walked me through the entire process and ensured I completed all my required seminars to comply with Bankruptcy rules and guidelines. They filed all the paperwork for me which was very helpful because the process itself looks very overwhelming. During the bankruptcy proceedings I had a debtor who challenged the bankruptcy proceedings that their debt was non-dis-chargeable under bankruptcy law. It took over 2 years of back and forth with the debtors lawyer but in the end they caved and their entire settlement was discharged. Liss Law goes above and beyond to help you throughout the bankruptcy process and their dedication to knowing the laws, as they change, and their determination to get you out of debt is stellar and nothing less than what you would expect from a reputable law firm. Thank you Liss Law and my lawyer for all your help. I can now start fresh.
