They're courteous, easy to work with, always available, detailed oriented, and they don't spew a lot of legalese at you... exactly what you want in a law firm. Could not recommend them highly enough for all your Real Estate law needs

(eg. Ask her a question and her answer many times is prefaced by "As I told you...."-whether she did or not). 2) Overly sensitive/defensive. (eg. Salient times during the negotiation she would take push back hard at any suggestion she was off base-not even hearing us out). 3)Not detail orientated; pretty big you think! (eg. Twice we caught non-disputed clerical errors; one by her and one by her 'raved about' assistant who was going to take great care of us. I could go on an on. It got so bad , directly and indirectly, by her participation in the process that at one point I called my realtor almost in tears ready to blow up the very great deal we had going because of her impact on the process. Thank God for my great realtor who kept things from ending. Chelsea knew fairly early on, through Alyssa, of my big discontent with her. Rather than try to repair things she wrote a defensive email making things worst. I kept wondering where Hornung and Scimone were in the process....whether they oversee the folks that work for them---hear how things are going..... The whole process felt like she was working more for the folks buying the house than for my wife and I. In our first meeting she raved about the other lawyer....how he had just made partner or was about to.... . She said she was telling me to reassure me we were dealing with a stand-up person, but for weeks after it felt , subjectively and the deal she ironed out, much more like she was hoping to impress him/not be in any conflict with him. Good luck with your endeavor. We were selling a home and renting from the buyers for a bit after they bought it while trying to buy a new home in Florida....and still working and packing up and saying good-bye to Franklin MA. The kind of once in a life-time stressful position you want a good team around you. Through the help of many, including things she did do right, we got it down-why I give 2 stars and not one. Best.

I asked to work with two different recruiters and both of them did the exact same thing which was ghost me. I got no feedback and no help at all. The job market was still bad, so I'm not saying anything about not getting a position through them - even after 6 months, and being submitted to maybe 4 positions by the Officeteam division. The Accountemps recruiter said he would try to get me something in accounting, which my bachelor's is in - he never even tried to, or contact me one time with a job lead, ever. The worst of it came about 6 months after the interview when I tried working with a new recruiter (I hadn't met in person). Really rude, a few times when he picked up my calls he would immediately hang up on me. A real joking, unprofessional, adolescent attitude getting off on harassing/trolling me with voicemails about jobs, then when I returned the call, he would hang up on me. Had a problem with the Westboro Officeteam location as well. Before the bad job market they were able to get me temp jobs. They put you out at $10. an hour for positions that don't entirely fit the job description they give you. It's most likely a $15. an hour job on the client side. Who is pocketing the difference? One time I got a not-so-good review by some company after an assignment (which was their problem for not training me properly). The Officeteam recruiter said he could find me work again, but this time at $7.25 an hour. That's a terrible way to treat someone in their work/career, bringing them down on a personal level like that (not just pay-wise). Where does the $2.75 an hour difference go? Corruption? Stay far away, they treat employees like crap!

I had asked her to correct an issue that was missed in my Registry of Deeds, and she recently addressed it. For that, I would rate her 2.5 stars. That said, I would like to share my honest experience with Andrea. To those reading this review: your experience may be different--you may find her very pleasant to work with. In my case, I recently purchased a home in Boston under a contract that included no mortgage contingency. I wasn't initially concerned, as I had already been pre-approved by Bank of America--where I've been a client for over 25 years--at a 5.7% interest rate. However, shortly after signing the contract, my lender informed me that the property did not qualify for a government-backed loan due to certain undisclosed issues. This forced my loan to switch to a portfolio loan with a significantly higher interest rate of 7.7% for 15 years. I informed Andrea that I no longer wished to proceed with the purchase, as I felt misled by the property's undisclosed status. In response, Andrea referred me to several other lenders offering similar portfolio loans. She told me my options were either to move forward with these loans--which even Bank of America declined to offer due to the property's nature--or walk away and forfeit my 10% deposit, approximately $83,000. I was essentially left with two unfavorable options--both financially damaging. I ultimately proceeded with the purchase, but it has caused me substantial financial strain. I leave it to the reader to draw their own conclusions from my experience.
