From the first appointment and every follow up they have been running late. When I expressed frustration the first time I was told "it was an emergency and this never happens. Fast forward to all my follow ups and they were late. To the point that today's was rescheduled for over an hour later after I got there. My husband asked if they had billed insurance, they lied and said yes, I confirmed with insurance , no claim submitted.
